The home comes with a floating dock and Pontoon Boat available to rent at additional charge. The home is coastal themed with hand painted tables by local Artist and Metal art making this home very unique. In the immediate area there are restaurants within close distance. Sam's overlooks the Gulf of Mexico which was featured on Emeril's cooking show and has beautiful sunsets, live music and dancing, Ollies Beach Bar a great place to Hangout, Get Hooked catches the fish they serve daily, The ice cream parlor around the corner, Congo River Miniature Golf, There is a new park Sun West Park just down the street, It has an water obstacle course swimming and just relaxing
Weeki Wachee Springs which has swimming, tubing, kayaking down the river, water park and a mermaid show.
Kings Bay you can swim with the manatees and take a dip in Three Sister's Springs.
Guest access
Home is all yours, just bring your clothes and enjoy, all linens are supplied and Free wi-fi, the House is stocked with extra soaps, shampoo, toothbrushes just in case you forgot something…..lol
Note to Guests: The home is Professionally cleaned and maintained after each stay.
Pontoon Boat is available to rent for Guests at an additional charge, $1000- cash deposit and rental must be paid in full before Pontoon Boat is released for rental. Experienced Boat operators only can rent the pontoon boat, Must have skillset in Coastal waters, Navigation skills, and knowledge on Tidal change. The Pontoon boat rental is available to qualified guests.

Host reserves the right to access Boat Hoist and Pontoon boat during guests stay when Pontoon boat is not being rented by guests.
Other things to note
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks/canoes is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks/canoes. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks/canoes and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks/canoes may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks/canoes if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks/canoes while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks/canoes/Pontoon boat.
Guests shall obey all state, federal and local Boating Regulations, laws, ordinances and lawful directives from appropriate emergency or law enforcement personnel, while operating boats or equipment from Host.
Guests is solely responsible for any citation or violation occurring during the use of, or as the result of using, boats or equipment from Hosts.
Guests represents that he/she is capable of safely operating and handling the Equipment and finds it in good working order, condition and repair. Guests represents that he/she has adequate skills, knowledge and experience to safely complete the planned activity and that adequate preparations have been made to ensure safe completion of trip.
Guests shall bear all risk and responsibility of and for any and all damage, loss or theft of the boats and/or Equipment, or any portions thereof, including, but not limited to vandalism or theft, and shall pay the Host the full cost of repair or replacement.
Guests shall return boats and equipment in the condition in which it was received. Minimum charges for repairs, labor and cleaning will be applied in the event boats or equipment require repair or excessive cleaning. Guests agrees to use all equipment for its designed purpose only.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Renter/Guests hereby RELEASES Lessor/Host, its owners and its employees from liability for negligence and HOLDS HARMLESS the Lessor, its owner and its employees from any loss, expense or cost, including attorney fees, arising out of any damages or injuries, whether to persons or property, occurring as a result of the use of said boat and/or Equipment
All Vrbo Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Vrbo Guests and Vrbo Host.

PRE-TRIP CANOE AND KAYAK SAFETY CHECKLIST
Paddlesports can be physically demanding. Observe the following safety standards every time you get on the water:
Check the local weather and wave forecast for the area and timeframe of your trip.
File a float plan. Communicate your trip plans before every outing. Let people know where you plan to go, when you plan to return, and which watercraft you will be in.
The Grill:
"- Feel free to use the Grill outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.
Candles:
Candles are "NOT" aloud on property.... no open flames of any kind inside or outside of home.
We expect all guests to keep the home clean during your stay, If guests need assistance with cleaning that can be arranged with our Maid service that cleans the home, Guests can pay for cleaning services directly to the Cleaner if needed(Guests that book long stays).
