Dies ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer 1100 Quadratmeter großes Haus mit vielen Fenstern. Golf Zugang am Wasser Florida Hudson Beach komplett eingerichtet mit Dock und Boot Parkplatz. Tiefwasser Golfzugang auf einem Kanal mit Dock und Seawall.
Zu Fuß zum Strand und viele Restaurants mit einer Vielzahl von Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Ein paar Minuten Fahrt zu den nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäften und anderen Einkaufsplätzen. Im Hinterhof befindet sich ein Kanal zum Kanufahren oder Angeln. Nehmen Sie Ihr Boot oder Kanu zum Angeln in den Ozean, suchen Sie nach Delfinen und beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang. Der Spaß endet nie und die Sonnenuntergänge sind immer fantastisch.

Amazing Location and Property

The property itself was wonderful. Easy access to the canal. Next door to an ice cream parlor and convenience store. Immaculately clean. The list goes on and on of the positive experiences at this property. Its a 2 minute drive and a 15ish minute walk to the beach. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to spend some time away. Would absolutely book over and over again.

Nice and comfortable place to stay.

Property was decent, not the greatest curb appeal, but interior was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was in the house. Beds were super comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The living room couches were very comfy and nice looking. Loved that there was a throw blanket in the living room for the cooler evenings!!

Good Location, But Extremely Run Down & Unsanitary

The location is the biggest plus—steps from the beach and right on a canal with beautiful water views. The host thoughtfully provides linens, kitchenware, and extras like fishing poles, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself is in very poor condition. It feels more like someone’s cluttered home than a vacation rental. The furniture is outdated, the house has a strong musty odor, and many items are rusted, broken, or stained—including cookware, utensils, and linens.Safety is a concern. The wooden stairs are loose and damaged, the front gate doesn't close properly, and there’s no real balcony—just steps leading to an AC unit. It’s definitely not child-safe. There’s also a large shipping container in the driveway and an abandoned-looking office downstairs, both of which were unsettling and not disclosed in the listing.Cleanliness was a major issue. We found mold in the ceiling, dog hair and food wrappers under couch cushions, dust on picture frames, dirty baseboards, and a wet sponge in the sink when we arrived. Used toiletries, open condiments, and cluttered cabinets throughout made the stay feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. The place looks like no money has been reinvested into it, with mismatched consignment furniture and worn-out essentials. It has potential, but it needs serious updates, deep cleaning, and attention to safety before being listed as a beach rental.

Great space near Hudson Beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Backyard was spacious and the dock was a great place to unwind. Right next door to the ice cream shop!!! Easy check in/out and owner was very responsive to all messages. Very comfortable home.

Nice, roomy apartment with canal access

Stayed here for a week for business. It is centrally located by main highway in Hudson with canal access. Had washer and dryer in unit and very well stocked. Also, James was very helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

First off, the host is a hands on guy. He will help with anything you need. The bnb was very nice, had a dock i fished on every day. The unit itself was immaculate and easy to navigate. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I will be staying there again as i make more frequent stays in Hudson. Its also cheaper than a good hotel. Just sayin'.

Nice location

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with your basic necessities and toiletries. The view of the sunset was gorgeous. Close to sunwest Park and 20 min from weeki wachee springs. My only complaint is the beds made alot of creaking noises on even the slightest movements. Otherwise I would stay her again with my family.

Nice second story apartment

We found this apartment to be very comfortable. It had a very large room that had three sofas all very nice a large table with six chairs with a serving and stools from the kitchen. The kitchen was very modern and it had a really nice big washer and dryer my only complaint would be is it is a second apartment so if your handicap don’t book one but if you’re not handicapped, it’s a very nice apartment would I book it again if I was in the area Sure

Great apartment for the area

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. It's easy to get to, and a short drive to shopping and attractions. Easy 10 minute walk down Clark Street to the beach and good restaurants. Have a cocktail by the water while you watch the sun set at Sam's! Canal access in the back with a canoe and fishing poles provided. The apartment is very spacious and sunny, and immaculately clean. Note that it's on the 2nd floor, so not appropriate for folks with mobility issues. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Linen and towels were clean and soft. The owner is very nice and we felt comfortable that he would have taken care of any issues right away. As it was, we had a completely trouble-free stay and will gladly book this rental again.

This apartment is located on the second floor. A detail that is at the bottom of the description of the property. I did not notice it, so I didn't find out until the day before my arrival. I am a disabled veteran and would not have booked it if I had known. Be sure to read the entire description so you will not be surprised by anything until it is too late to cancel.
