The kitchen includes everything you need: pots and pans, utensils, silverware, glassware, a toaster, crockpot, blender, coffee maker, and all essential supplies including paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. An outdoor three-burner propane grill with utensils is also available.

On the opposite side of the home, the primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and stunning lake views. A sliding patio door provides direct access to the front deck.

One of the standout features of this home is the screened-in porch—perfect for relaxing and taking in the peaceful views of West Battle Lake.

Amenities & Essentials
All bathrooms are stocked with towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Bedrooms include full bedding and at least two pillows per guest. Additional essentials include paper towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher detergent.

Outdoor Experience
Step outside to enjoy a beautifully landscaped and irrigated lawn, a spacious deck, and an outdoor fire pit. The dock extends over 40 feet into the lake, and the firm sandy bottom shoreline provides excellent swimming conditions for all ages.

Watercraft and lake toys are available to rent through Sota Lake Properties in nearby Perham.
