About - Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located just across from the 130th St. beach in the sought after Montego Bay Community. We are just a 5 min walk to the surf and steps from the Montego Bay shopping center, community tennis courts and pool, restaurants, and Northside Park. Enjoy the screened in porch overlooking one of the widest canals in Ocean City with great sunset views! It is directly across from a grass and tree lined walking area so the view is amazing!

Outdoors / Porch - On the covered screened in porch you will find a huge 6 person table and chair set that is perfect for games (don't worry if you forget yours we have plenty!) There is an additional outdoor porch (not covered) seating area with a table and chairs and two chaise loungers for socializing or sunbathing. We have a private dock for fishing, crabbing, or just dipping your toes in the water. Bring your SUP's or kayaks and launch right off the deck! We have a small grassy side yard and front yard for your poo policed pups to enjoy.

Living Area - Inside you will find an open floor plan with a large kitchen and peninsula for enjoying a drink with the cook. There is a 6 person dining table, providing you can resist eating on the porch. The living room has a large 75” smart TV with the major streaming apps. There is a desk area with a brand new iMac available. High speed internet and a guest login option is available so the adults in your group can check in or work remotely. We have lots of extra blankets and pillows in the closets to make family movie night as cozy as can be.

Kitchen - Our kitchen has all the things you might need; pots, pans, dishes, mugs, coffee pot, crock pot, slicers, dicers, blenders, Tupperware, and more. We also have the staples you'd expect in the kitchen; trash bags, baggies, spices, flour, sugar, soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, etc. There is an Alexa in the kitchen that we recommend having 97.1 The Wave on as soon as you come in.

Beds / Baths - There are three bedrooms with room for 6 people to sleep comfortably. Newley renovated showers in the 2 full baths and an additional 1/2 hall bath.

Laundry - We have a brand new oversized washer and dryer available in entry hall.

Fine Print -

- We do not provide linens, sheets, or pillowcases. There are our personal towels in the hall closet you are welcome to use however they need to be washed and replaced in closet prior to leaving. (Please do not take the bath towels to the pool or beach.)

- We do not guarantee paper products, trash bags, soap, spices, etc will be available. Although we do stock them, sometimes previous renters use the last of them and we have not gotten a chance to replace them. We recommend bringing things with you to be safe or you can take a quick walk to the Montego Bay Market or Dollar Store to pick some up if we are out.

- NO SMOKING of any sort inside our home. You are welcome to smoke outside or on the porch and use the provided ashtrays. Please throw away your butts in the trash can, not in the bay, not in the toilet, or on the ground. Additionally, please empty and clean ashtrays prior to departure.

- We offer a Play Station 4 in the kids room however we do not supply games so please bring or rent games and bring them with you.

- Dogs are welcome however if your dog is not house trained please leave them at home. There is a $100+ fee for any pet smell, hair, or mess inside our home. There is a $50 fee for any poo left in the yard. Additionally if you have a dog that likes to "cover up" other dogs' presence in the house please leave them at home as we have two very lovely and well trained female dogs that come often.

- Please make sure everyone rinses their feet and body before entering the house with the outdoor hose located in the front corner of the house. Our plumbing is not set up to handle washing sand down the drain so please do not wash off sand in the inside bathrooms.

- Parties - There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! This is a quiet community and we have very lovely year round neighbors that will not hesitate to call if there is noise after quiet time or more than the specified amount of people in the house. If you are found to have any parties or unauthorized large gatherings it is grounds for eviction / cancellation with NO REFUNDS.

- Trash pick up is Monday and Thursday mornings. Please roll the trash cans out on Sunday and Wednesday nights before bed with the lip facing the street. After the trash is picked up please put the can back on the side of the house.

- Ocean City does not recycle. If you wish to take your recycling home with you please feel free but otherwise all trash goes in the same bin out to the street for collection.

- 24 hours prior to arrival you will be sent a copy of the rules and given the check-in / check-out procedures along with the door code and address. Check in is after 3 pm and check out is before 12 pm. If you need to adjust your times please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

- We offer the use of the computer for adults 18 and over. It is not available for kids to play on so please keep children off the computer and desk entirely. Additionally, no downloading of any kind is allowed.

- Our home is professionally cleaned after each visit and some cleaning supplies are available should you need them during your stay.

- This is our family vacation spot that we are excited to share with you. It is a place where you can respectfully kick your feet up, let the kids play, and relax. Please take into consideration when booking that although the home updated showers and brand new mattresses, some of the furnishings / fixtures / pots & pans are older and there might be a cushion that needs replacing or a screen that has a tear. For us, it is all part of the charm and we hope it will be for you as well.
