The space
The Realtor Red Door has four fantastic size bedrooms.

Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 full bed.

Two couches in the home are futons and it is a blow up mattress in one of the closets
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire home except for the closet under the stairs.

Also blasting music all night is not allowed.


No smoking is allowed. Smoking fee of $250 if caught smoking in home.
Pet fee $100 per pet and host most know.


1. No extremely loud music after 10 pm. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. Stay in the backyard and not in the front.

2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom and 1 person per futon couch (two total) Pet fee is $100 per animal.

3. A lot of parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.

4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.

5. NO PARTIES! Clean up after your guest and respect the neighbors.

6. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS HOUSES.

7. NO OUTSIDE SPEAKERS OR LOUD MUSIC COMING FROM THE HOUSE AFTER 10PM.

8. Smoking is allowed outside. No smoking inside. If guest are caught, it will be a $250 fine. Do not burn the deck!

9. No Candles or incense allowed at all. Do not burn anything at all inside the property. Any evidence of burning will be an immediate fine of $200.
