Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Magnolia house is a perfect place for an entire family or to be shared with friends or coworkers. The mid-century home has ample parking space, large front and back yard.
The home has gone through very recent major renovation. While we tried to preserve the mid-century feel of the spaces by preserving and updating the unique bathrooms, we replaced the entire AC system and added a new kitchen. Floors have been redone and the space repainted.

The property is in Magnolia Park, - 5 minute drive to Memorial Medical Center Complex and Candler Hospital - 30 minutes to Tybee Island Beach - 15 minutes to downtown Savannah.
The space
The home is 3200 sq. feet and has three bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds, 1 king. 2 bathrooms, one dedicated to the large king size bedroom; one Jack and Jill bathroom to be shared with the smaller bedrooms. Next door, available to rent is a large one bedroom apartment (listed separately). Please contact us if you need the entire space (over 4000 sq. feet).
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook. Appliances are brand new and consist of, large refrigerator, electrical stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are also brand new.

Our home makes the perfect base for your time in Savannah and an exploration of the Georgia and South Carolina costs. Shopping and restaurants are just few minutes’ drive away.
Other things to note
This home rents for 30 nights or more.

Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.
If you need cleaning, that can be arranged for additional fee.
The yard is cleaned every other week. There is a porch off the large king size bedroom.

The back yard is unfenced but very private. There are also parks and few golf courses close by for walking and recreation.

Pets may be considered for additional fee.
The neighborhood is very quiet and residential, please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors.
