Country Club Villas 130 is located on the Kona Country Club Golf Course. This spacious unit offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy ocean views and a front row to the golf course on the lanai. Pool, BBQ, and more.

The condo is well-stocked for the perfect Kona Vacation and offers fabulous views of the golf course and ocean from your private lanai. BBQ on your lanai and enjoy dinners on the spacious lanai while taking in the famous Kona Sunsets! The condo is located on the ground floor but not entry level.

The kitchen is open to the home's dining and living areas. Enjoy sitting at the bar while keeping your chef company while they cook up your dinner. The dining area allows for a sit-down experience or dine outside al fresco style.

The living room is situated to allow maximum comfort for your guests. There is a window air conditioning unit, and a large flat-screen smart television with cable.

The guest room has two twin beds and the bathroom is located in the hallway for convenience with a bathtub, and shower combination. The primary suite has a king bed, air conditioning, and smart television. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and vanity.

Kona Country Club Villas are located in the oasis of the Keauhou area. You can walk to Keauhou Bay where you can paddleboard, kayak, or go snorkel. Enjoy going out on a snorkel trip during the day or diving with the manta rays at sunset. You also are close to the Keauhou Shopping center where you can enjoy dining, grocery shopping, movies, and more. Country Club Villas is a very well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and tropical flowers plus multiple pools, spas, and tennis courts.

-There are 15 steps to get down to this unit, it is a ground-floor unit. You may also use the ramp as it's an end unit.
-This unit does have a BBQ on the lanai.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in der Gegend Kahaluu-Keauhou, einem Stadtteil von Kailua-Kona, in der Nähe eines Golfplatzes und am Strand. Great stay. The condo is further to the beach than implied. The bedding is cheap quality. The condo is well stocked with beach toys which was nice.

Big Island, Keauhou ~ March 3rd - 16th

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to the Big Island, and Kona Country Club. This property had all that we needed for our stay. We absolutely LOVED the lanai...it was awesome! The view of the ocean, and watching the sunsets was incredible! Loved the pools, and the hot tubs. As previously noted, there was an issue with the guest bathroom toilet, which my husband also tried to fix. A few cleanliness issues, but nothing we couldn't deal with. The property management company, Coldwell Banker Island Vacations was easy to work with and very helpful! Overall, it had everything we needed, and again... absolutely LOVED THE VIEW, the lanai, and the pool! Also enjoyed watching the golfers at the 18th hole!

Great time on the "big island".

Reviews were pretty accurate. Had to do a little home maintenance. 2nd bathroom drain had a defective gasket, so I removed and left it on the top of tub. Otherwise it wouldn't drain. Toilet in 2nd bath needed some help also. I adjusted it but it still worked inconsistently. Shower head in master bath didn't put out much water. Blinds in second bedroom didn't work. Pool towels need replacing. Grill needs a cleaning. Minor inconveniences, but I felt that they should be reported. Wonderful Lanai/patio. Great view.

Family vacation

The property is lovely, the view outstanding. The condo is well equipped. We had a minor issue and the response was immediate & resolved quickly. We really enjoyed breakfast on the patio every day and the pool area was clean and a very nice area to relax in the shade or sun.

Great location and great condo

We enjoyed this location and rental so much. Well stocked condo and very clean. We enjoyed the view which afforded us to watch the sunset each night. My only caveat is to try and book this condo, if you can, through another company- not CB Banker.
