This newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom property, is the perfect location for your Kona trip, the beach is across the street. Enjoy the lovely decor, Air conditioning, fast wifi, private lanai, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Upon entry, you will enjoy the space that feels upgraded with the calmness of Aloha. The primary bedroom has a new king bed and smart television for guests to relax and unwind. Unpack your belongings in the closet for convenience. There is also a bathroom with a shower attached to the primary bedroom, with hall access for guest use.

The living area is open and has a great flow to allow for conversation from the kitchen to the living areas and lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. You can keep the chef company, by relaxing on the bar stools or enjoy dining outside al fresco style on the lanai. The living area has a large flat-screen smart television and there is a window air conditioning unit.

The guest's bedroom host many options, there is a queen bed and bunk beds deciding on what works best for you and your guests. The bathroom off the guest's room has a bathtub and shower combination. There is also a smart television for guests to stream their favorite shows on. This room also has lani access.

The lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy some Kona coffee and listen to Kona wake up. Enjoy the pool area and BBQ amenity area which aren't far from this unit. You have one designated parking stall, right in front of the unit for convenience. Enjoy all this unit has to offer and turn your moments into memories.

This was a nice condo with a gorgeous patio for dining. It had everything that we needed and not too far from town, although it helped to have a car. We ate and sat outside in the private tropical garden.There is parking right out front. The wall is not bright turquoise like the picture, but more of a grayish tone (thank goodness). We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Excellent Location & Beautiful Property

This property was perfect for my family. Great location (within walking distance of downtown) and easy access to the main roads for travel around the island. The two bedrooms and bathrooms layout was perfect. Knowing there was access to beach chairs, towels, coolers, and laundry machines at the condo allowed for minimal suitcase packing - more room for souvenirs! Overall, it was great and would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

A Great Place to Stay

This great place was everything that was advertised on the VRBO site. Comfortable beds, everything that we needed in the kitchen, a great lanai for coffee, meals and great conversations, plenty of information for things to do -- the list goes on. We had a little difficulty getting the key out of the lockbox, but a call to the main office provided us with the assistance we needed. Thank you for making this great space available.

Wonderful stay in Kona

We loved our stay here. The location is within walking distance to downtown Kona and the condo provided all the amenities to make for a comfortable visit. The only drawback is the traffic in the morning off Ali’i way, but the noise was only noticeable while sitting out on the lanai.

Great location and amenities

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It is the perfect location to walk to the shops/restaurants in Kona. The condo was well stocked and even had beach chairs and towels for us to use. Having bunk beds for the kids was a definite bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place!

The check in process was easy, and the space was a great size. They provided equipment for the beach which was super convenient. They had chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Kitchen was stocked but we didn’t really cook. They have an AC in the living room and in the main room. Recommend for families or small groups.

Enjoyable

All and all it was great ! The condo was clean and renovated! Very nice! My only complaint was not being able to turn the air conditioner on for more than an hour at a time! I need my room cold at night and it would have been nice to have the air conditioner on all night so I could sleep. I texted about it and never got a response! I liked the location, we could walk to town and a couple of beaches! I would stay there again!

Amazing Stay

We booked this condo for the last week of our stay as we wanted to be closer to town. The place we stayed at the beginning of our trip was a multi million dollar property that was not clean when we arrived and we found several roaches during our stay including one in the bed sheets! This unit however was immaculate! I was a little hesitant upon arriving to the property as it didn’t look very welcoming. When we opened the door and entered the unit we were pleasantly surprised. It was so inviting! It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was close to town and beaches. The pool was also nice, clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Big Island. It is a bit of a drive to the bigger beaches but it is worth it to stay at this place.
