The space
The 60’ covered lanai has extraordinary sea views and spans the length of the living room and kitchen, and flanked by two executive suites. The lanai has stone steps that go directly into the 55,000 gallon swimming pool. In addition to the outdoor the villa is steps up from a sandy beach. This property feels like an exclusive resort!

If you feel that your group only needs help with 1-2 things and an itinerary isn’t necessary, concierge can also assist you with with almost any request.

Option 3 (can be combined): Grocery Delivery/Stock ($250)
A grocery list is sent to concierge no later than 7 days prior to your arrival. The groceries will be shopped for, delivered and put away. (Including alcoholic beverages) Cost of groceries is due within 48hrs of arrival. Please note this option must be opted into with at least 30 days notice prior to your arrival.
