Newly furnished and renovated studio with ocean view condo. King bed, full bathroom. Great location. You can walk to the beach, and nearby restaurants. Econo Supermarket at 7min. AC's in unit, washer/dryer, a basketball court, adjustable desk, two terraces with a grill included. The unit has a kitchenette with all amenities. It has a large pool, gazebo. Gated building with parking for 1 car.

This unit has a King bed and a rollaway toddler bed. We recommend 2 adults and one child at max occupancy.

Due to pool maintenance: Monday and Friday: 11:00 am - 8: 00 pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

You have one guaranteed parking space available for you to use. If you bring more than one car, there are also parking spaces outside the complex in the streets nearby.

If you would want to request a transfer from/to the Aguadilla airport, we offer that for $30 fee each way. Let us know and we can plan ahead to pick you up from the airport and take you straight to the apartment location.

If you need someone to fix any issue you find in the apartment, there is someone you can call and he will come to fix the problem. The details and contact information are in the Guest Manual that is available in the kitchen.

- The property is located in Haudimar Beach Apartments Condominium on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. 

- We provide bath towels but not beach towels. Please bring your own.

- We do not recommend swimming in the private beach of the condominium as the waves are pretty strong there. The closest beach is Jobos beach, 15min walk through the shore or 5min by car.

- This unit has one AC next to the bed that's enough to cool down the whole room. The AC unit located over the TV is "inactive". Please do not try to turn it on. We can't take that one down because of how it is entangled with the building structure.

- Internal livable area: 457 sq ft. But also features a massive 568 sq ft private terrace—effectively doubling your living space!"

- An SUV is also available for rent at a rate of $120 per day. It's a Nissan Pathfinder 2012 with capacity for 7 people.
