Cheerful 4 bedroom home w/HOT TUB close to Airport

Summary:
Featuring 4 bedrooms with 6 beds total and 2 full bathrooms with a half bath on the main floor. There is a large master suite with private bath for some independence when needed and separate entrance if you have multiple groups in your party. One of the bedrooms also has a bunk bed which is fun for kids and adults.
A Spacious backyard and hot tub round, great location,close to airport and amenities. Coffee shops, parks, trails, Kincaid Park, Jewel Lake and Sand Lake within 1 mile all round :)

The Space:
This is a well kept 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home located in one of Anchorage's most established neighborhoods. Spacious backyard and house provides lots of space for enjoying time with friends and family. The 4 bedrooms feature 6 beds. The bunk bed is a full on bottom and twin on top. There is a queen bed and twin bed in bedroom 3. High speed internet access provided as well as Netflix account.

Hot tub availability subject to maintenance; occasional closures possible. No compensation for closures.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet neighborhood in one of Anchorages desired parts of town Sportmans Point. It’s close access to Kincaid Park, shopping, and the airport. Only a quick few minute drive to the end of the coastal trail, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing.

Getting Around:
Full driveway for parking a vehicle. Uber/Lyft are a 10 minute drive from airport.

Several messages were sent from property folks but the messages only addressed upselling of extra time, i.e., early check-in and other generic info. We had a good stay here. The bedrooms were a good arrangement for our group mixed teens, single guys, single gals, and a married couple. The washer and dryer came in handy too. We barely used the hot tub but it was nice to have the option. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is easy to navigate to everywhere. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Short Stay Close to the Airport

We only stayed one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. This 4 bedroom option was much cheaper than 4 hotel rooms and was way more comfortable! House was clean, beds were comfy, had basic supplies needed, hot tub was nice to use to relax the night before.

This property was close to the airport. Easy drive here. It had everything you could possibly need before a pre-cruise stay. Easy to talk with the host. And he was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

This house was very clean and well appointed. There were many kitchen amenities including a kuerig with coffee pods, toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer. Towels provided were great. It was very spacious with 4 bedrooms and could accommodate a large group. One bedroom with a large bunk bed and one with a queen and single bed. Two other rooms - one with a king and one with a queen. Main upstairs Bathroom has double sinks. Ensuite was small but clean and nice showers in both. No bedrooms on main floor all on second floor. Communication was very responsive. Hot tub looked clean and was running but we never did use it. Area is pretty residential and about 10 mins from the airport. Saw a lot of kids riding bikes and things seemed safe. There’s a gas station and convenience store at the end of the street. Would need a car to get around. Will likely stay again!

Family friendly

The property was very well maintained. After a short hiccup on number of linen items needed,(The management credited part of the cleaning fee) the place was great for my wife and I plus our six grandchildren. Because of a freak snowstorm that dumped at least six inches of snow, we were unable to drive up the steep incline of the driveway! The management team was quick to clear the snow so we could park part way in! Overall, a great experience and would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfectly perfect

We stayed in this quaint place after a long day of travel from Florida. The first thing we saw was the Edison lights hanging around the hot tub which was warm and inviting! We froze for two minutes getting the top off and our towels hung and then sat in bliss! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked breakfast each day and then had our adventure and came home to a perfect home. I highly recommend this host and this place!
