When it’s time to serve, the kitchen opens to the great room, which includes areas for dining and relaxing. The live-edge dining table has seating for 10 so your entire crew will have room to spare. After dinner, you can relax as you sink into the leather couch and gaze into the dancing flames of the fireplace.

If it’s entertainment you seek, we’ve got you covered. Both the great room and family loft have large-screen TVs equipped with Roku for streaming your favorite movies & shows. A Bose sound bar, Klipsch Bluetooth speaker and record player are ready to bring music to your ears. When it’s playtime, the tournament-size pool table and collection of classic board games can keep you entertained for hours. The wet bar and wine fridge are ready and waiting for you to stock them with your favorite libations.

Central AC as well as ceiling fans in every room will keep you cool in the summer, while gas fireplaces upstairs and down add to the ambiance and take the chill off those cold winter days. A custom smokeless fire pit and six plush Adirondack chairs will keep you cozy and comfortable as you enjoy the great outdoors–even better with smores!

Sleeping arrangements consist of three spacious bedrooms as well as a pull-out couch in the family loft. There are three full bathrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs. You can enjoy a relaxing soak in one of the two jacuzzi tubs or take a long hot shower–the tankless water heater means you never run out of hot water! The ground-level master suite is perfect for kids or aging parents and includes two double beds, a sitting area and a walk-in closet complete with toys for the kiddos (and even a spare mattress). The adjoining bathroom is vast and includes a 2-person jacuzzi tub as well as an oversize glass shower. Upstairs you’ll find one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and twin daybed, and another featuring a plush California king size mattress. Each upstairs bedroom can also serve as comfortable private workspaces. Both include a desk & chair, and one has a sit/stand desk with a large monitor and a printer. High-speed internet (500Mbps) and strong WiFi throughout make it quick and easy to check in with your office or do a little remote work.

Cleanliness is a top priority and the entire house is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized before your arrival. Neatly made beds with crisp, clean sheets and soft, cozy comforters as well as fresh kitchen, hand, bath, hand & beach towels await your use. Plentiful amenities include a new dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. A washer, dryer and iron are also at your disposal should the need arise. There is even a Tesla charger in the garage if your car needs some juice for the ride home.
