Summer House 702A - Beautiful Beach Decor - 2026 Booking Fast!
Summer House is better than new! Close to $40M invested in the buildings since 2020 with $24M invested in the past two years. Construction is complete for Summer and beyond bookings! Building B is already complete with Building A right on track!
As you enter White Sand Oasis, our name for Summer House 702A, the first thing you will notice is the upgraded, professionally decorated, and recently renovated finishes. You smelled the fresh salt tinged air walking up to the door, but when you open it you see the bright white colors, beautiful wood grains and fantastic decorations that tell you…”we’re at the beach!!!!”
Summer House 702A is located postured very close to the dunes and the shortest beach access at Summer House. Translated…as you walk through kitchen into the dining room, it looks like the Ocean is “RIGHT THERE!”. Actually, it is! They changed the zoning right after building Summer House and you can’t get closer to the beach!
The balcony…this one has it all. The famous Summer House oversized Patio with privacy walls…and the A building “02” units are over the palm trees by the beach. Yes, you can see the pool festivities if you like, or you can hang back and catch some sun and sounds in privacy.
Summer House currently has a sandbar about 50’ offshore. This creates a fantastic break for kids to play on the beach and it also has the effect of drawing the smaller fish to the bar. Where there is dinner, there are patrons and those happen to be dolphins! From 702A, you can clearly see the dolphins and rays doing what dolphins and rays do….and is also a great place to catch what the Blue Angels do too!
This is a second home personal property and is outfitted for the owner's family comfort which they are generously offering to share with your family! The unit has high speed internet just upgraded to 200Mb/100Mb and modern generation TV’s in each room.
You can comfortably enjoy this open floor plan with 8 of your family and friends without climbing over top of each other. The furnishings are perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids or 8 adults in groupings of 4 pairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for creating delicious meals and snacks and features all new cookware, a crock pot, thoughtful items like wine stoppers and more! In 2023, we have replaced the refrigerator with a nice French Door model and also replaced the Range. Many Summer House owners have removed their ice machines, but 702A has a great Kitchenaid ice machine to help you with your ice requirements during your trip…without the cost and hassle of running to the store every morning. Call that a discount!
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed for your retreat after a day of sun and sand and has a private master bathroom with an updated walk in shower with a high end glass enclosure.
The other two bedrooms and bath is located on a separate wing off the kitchen. One bedroom has a plush queen bed and the other is equipped with two full beds. The guest bathroom also features a tub/shower combo. All the bedroom furniture, mattresses, and the couch have been replaced in 2023.
The Summer House complex has a variety of amenities to enjoy during your stay including indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, and sauna room. When you're ready to head to the beach, head down the private boardwalk and on your way back in stop by the outdoor shower area to rinse the sand off. There's also a charcoal BBQ area, tennis courts, basketball goal and outdoor racquetball court. Summer House does require $50 per vehicle for a renter vehicle registration certificate which is included at checkout.
We’re an owner co-op with Paul and Carrie hosting for the Karjola’s. This is a direct to owner experience. Book now before you miss your dates!
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at Summer House. You will pay $50 per vehicle for a vehicle registration certificate available at the guard shack or across the street at our Summer House office (during workday hours).
Please note out House Rules:
Renter must be 25 years old or older and must be present the entire stay.
Guests less than 25 years old must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
No parties. No Adult content creation.
Rental Agreement must be signed in order to access our property.
$500 Security Deposit hold is required to receive your key code.
Our family does not eat or drink in/on our beds and bedding, and as our guests we expect the same.

Why Summer House? We’ll, Summer House was one of the very first Condominium communities ever constructed in Orange Beach on Romar Beach. For a time, there were no others. This property is larger than most with both Southern property below Perdido Beach Blvd and also a large property across the street offering increased amenities and overflow parking. <- This is HUGE on OBA in high season.
Being the first property, that means, the visionaries were able to secure 25020 Perdido Beach Blvd which is on a world class portion of Romar Beach. We’re talking wide, soft perfect sand…fairly level. OBA has a sand volleyball court about 200’ west and there is low density housing to the East. Summer House beach is not densely populated compared to other sections of beach in OBA.
