3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

9. The parking promo code is only valid for one (1) vehicle per unit and for the 1 Day Product. Note that using the promo code incorrectly (for multiple cars or for more than 1 Day product) will result in a fine of up to $200 CAD.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


10. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

11. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Our group was very happy we chose to stay at the Canadian Rockies Chalets! The hosts were very inviting and communicative leading up to our stay, as well as throughout! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and a great place to gather our group of 5 adults and 2 dogs. Not overly spacious, but the three bedrooms fit our requirements, and the kitchen and dining room satisfied our needs for cooking meals and playing board games in the evening. We will absolutely recommend this place to others and stay again in the future.

Perfect location for everything in Canmore and Banff. Accomodations were excellent and the unit had everything we needed and more. Supplies were well stocked like we were at home, no need to worry about only using one garbage bag or one run of the dishwasher. Communication was excellent and timely for the one issue with parking registration. If you're going to visit the Canadian Rockies, I highly recommend this unit with plenty of space for a larger family.

Excellet stay, great location, very close to the grocery store/restaurants (walking distance). Dining area was able to accommodate number of guests allowed, they had extra seats in the closet. Parking was included, safe neighbourhood. The only concern was the dishwasher was not working efficiently, had to handwash all dishes during our stay. If you want a quiet night, the property is situated near the railroad and freight trains were quite loud and frequently running even at night. Tire yourself doing outdoor activities and sleep at night will not be a problem haha.

Family Mountain Stay

Great set up for a stay with our university-aged children. Cozy and well-laid out. Very clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Only downside for lighter sleepers - not far from the railroad tracks. But easily walkable to downtown and all the amenities.

Very good value for the money

The condo unit was very clean, and well stocked. It was remarkably quiet too, considering the train tracks are close by. Check-in was easy. The location is good; about a ten minute walk to downtown and a couple of blocks from the highway. The kitchen has everything a family might need, and the bathrooms are clean and the towels, sheets etc. are quite new. The listing suggests two of the three bedrooms have attached bathrooms but actually only one does, the other two share a bathroom in the hall. The host was easy to reach via email and helpful. Would recommend it for a family stay, and the price was quite reasonable.

Literally a hundred meters from Canmore Vibrant downtown and close to Blake's Restaurant, Rocky Mountain Bagel Company and Le Fournile French Bakery, the place is clean and well-maintained with on-site parking. Stunning views of Rockies outside every window. Fresh bedding, towels, soap, shampoo and body wash, stove, fridge and coffee maker. Cutlery and dishes. Even washer and dryer. All are there waiting for you! The single negative - railway close to the place, but so is 90% homes in Canmore, what can you do?

Minutes from the entry of Banff National park, this 3 bedroom was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed and the grocery store (Safeway) was right around the corner. We hit a snag with sorting out parking but Tina was quickly helpful and easy to reach within the VRBO app. As a frequent VRBO traveler, I would recommend this condo for its cleanliness, comfort, and ease to get to the hikes and sights.
