Benannt nach dem Ton, hergestellt von St. Johns leise Zirpen Baumfrösche, kombiniert Coqui Insel Charme und modernem Komfort zu einem perfekten Urlaub zu Hause. Coqui bietet jeden modernen Komfort einschließlich voller Klimaanlage. Die drei Plüsch-Zimmer-Suiten sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit importierten italienischen Fliesen und reich brüniert Tropenholz, und jeder schaut auf diese spektakuläre Ausblicke.

Coqui liegt am südwestlichen Ufer der Insel und bietet konstante Brisen mit einem unvergleichlichen 180-Grad-Panoramablick, der Ihnen den Atem rauben wird. The home itself is beyond beautiful, with fabulous views of the Caribbean. The pool area was awesome, and gathering areas ideal. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We absolutely loved this home. We were also greeted by a super sweet host who guided us to the villa and took the time to share lots of insights about the beaches and St John.

Oh my goodness! We feel like the luckiest people in the world to have been able to find this gem! It was so perfect for our family of 6. The owners / management group thought of EVERYTHING! We had some good meals on STJ, but our favorite meal was when we stayed home and made a full BBQ shrimp taco meal and we had every tool and more! The views at sunset were amazing! Night swims were treasured! The morning shade and coffee on the top deck were dreamy! The primary suite upstairs is wonderful with double doors opening to the best view! The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable, but separate from the living space, which worked for our 4 young adults. If you can afford this place, it is such a treasure!

Unfortunately, we couldnt enjoy being outside as the birds were building nests on the house and were quite aggressive when we were outside. The home and outdoor furniture are quite tired and could use some updating. The furniture in the great room seemed new which was nice as we had to spend our time indoors. AC worked great!

Spotless, professional and friendly management team, MAGICAL sunsets like we had never seen before, spacious, fabulous pool deck and pool, private and lush property, great road for long walks (hilly but not too hilly), close to town. We loved our almost two week stay here. It felt like home. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could need, the grill is big and nice, high end washer and dryer for laundry. We have stayed all over the island and you really cannot beat the quick drive into town and the markets. Thank you for hosting us, Coqui!!

Location is great, unbelievable view of the Saint James, STT, STX and beyond. The Villa itself was comfortable and had all the amenities, but was showing its age and was obviously a full time rental. Catered to was fantastic as they have been in our previous rentals, the rental process was flawless, greeter was awesome, and office was very responsive with any of our needs.

This house is absolutely beautiful! There were houses around us, but we couldn't see them through the trees. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location-close to everything. I didn't understand that the two downstairs bedrooms are not accessible through the inside of the house. It is set up kind of like a motel-they just have a door to outside. My kids are older, so it was fine. I felt like they were totally safe, but we just felt a little disconnected. The only thing they did in their rooms was sleep, so it wasn't a huge deal. However, if I had younger children, it wouldn't have worked.

Coqui was exactly as described and depicted online (actually better due to some newer furniture). Vernesta and the team at Catered To were great to work with making the house selection and payment easy and convenient. They were communicative throughout the booking and arrival process and checked in on us during our stay. We appreciated the arrival greeting and tour of the house by Nakira from Catered To who was willing to meet us down in Cruz Bay when we arrived on a holiday when their offices were closed - this was extremely helpful. When Catered To called to check in on us on day 2, we mentioned to them we had an issue with the coffee maker and within 24 hours a brand new coffee maker was delivered to our doorstep. The location of Coqui was perfect - far enough away from the sounds of road traffic but situated perfectly on Maria Bluff high enough to see for miles but low enough to hear both the water hitting the rocks and boats passing by. We hope to stay at Coqui again and will definitely rent from Catered To again.

It was perfect for a family of 5 with teenagers and 1 college student. The home was very comfortable with many great amenities. We only had problems with getting the washing machine to work and just know the air conditioning in the master bedroom blows directly on your face when you are trying to sleep. But the air conditioning worked well in the master. We had to call about the living room air conditioner and they were prompt to get it cooling again. The pool was refreshing and we loved lounging on the floats while admiring the view. This was also a great location near many delicious restaurants, the visitor center, and beaches. Thank you for sharing this amazing property with us! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our family time together.

The Catered to Staff was very helpful and professional. They even stored some personal items for us over the winter! Located close to Cruz Bay and easy access from Greater Cruz Bay Road. Some minor disappointments, which did not take away significantly from our vacation were that the icemaker in the fridge did not work last year or this year. Also, the outdoor grill is unreliable. TV use is complicated, but we were able to watch the Super Bowl, even though our team lost in the final seconds! Overall, a great vacation which we shared with another couple. We plan to come back next year!

The kitchen was well stocked and the master suite was very nice. There no place to put away clothes in the downstairs bedrooms. My friends lived out of their suitcases all week. The sliders in the living room needed to be cleaned inside and out. It was very touch to sit in the living room as the sun was going down. Dirty doors and sun don't go well together. All and all the house was nice. Well worth the money spent for a week away on the most beautiful island. Thank you for calling the day after we arrived to make sure all was well.
