We're thrilled to have you here.
This front unit is perfect for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area designed for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Master Bedroom: Spacious and inviting, with 2 queen beds, a ceiling fan, nightstand, and lamp.
Second Bedroom: Ideal for kids or extra guests, featuring 2 full-size bunk beds and similar comforts.
Comfort & Convenience
Stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter with central AC/heat and ceiling fans throughout the home.
Kitchen & Living Area
The kitchen is stocked with essentials—pots, pans, an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and more.
The living room offers a cozy couch, chair, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy our soon-to-be-furnished enclosed porch with windows and a ceiling fan—great for morning coffee or evening chats. Outside, the large front yard includes:
Fire pit, In-ground BBQ grill, String lights, Outdoor seating.
Bring charcoal, firewood, and your favorite beverages to enjoy memorable nights under the stars.
Safety & Security
Security cameras are installed around the exterior for your safety.
Onsite parking is available just outside the front gate.
Important Notes
This is a family-friendly property, but children must be supervised at all times.
The lot is large and surrounded by trees and natural wildlife—including bugs and critters that may bite. Fencing is not suitable for containing young children, so please do not leave them unattended.
Water & Septic System
The home runs on a well and septic system. Occasionally, air in the pipes may affect water flow—just let the water run briefly to clear it. The water may have a slight sulfur smell at times; this is normal for well water and we treat it periodically to reduce the odor.
Please only flush toilet paper and pour water down the drains—no other items. Any damage requiring professional plumbing service will be the guest's responsibility.
Burn Ban Advisory
Aransas County may issue Burn Bans, during which all outdoor burning—including grilling, barbecuing, and use of fire pits—is strictly prohibited.
Please check aransascountytx.gov/main for the latest updates.
Any damage from violations will be the guest’s legal and financial responsibility.
Shared Property Note
The back unit of the property may be rented separately, but rest assured—each space has its own designated outdoor area for privacy and enjoyment.
No Smoking Facility
Please note we are a NO Smoking Allowed facility. Smoking is not allowed on the premise at all.
