Conveniently located between Port Aransas & Rockport, the Harbor House is the perfect place for beach & fishing trips! You will be only 7 min from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown Harbor, 10 min from the Port Aransas Ferry, & 15 min to Rockport. HEB is around the corner! You have 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Roku TV, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, 2 queen, 1 double, & 1 single bed. Free parking for 2 vehicles/boats & there is street parking if needed. Enjoy complimentary coffee!

Harbor House is unique because we offer a spacious, affordable 3 bedroom house that can accommodate 7 people. Fully equipped with 2 queen, 1 double, and 1 single bed, a full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and WiFi, you will be fully prepared for your trip!

The place was very clean and offered plenty of space. The location was great, just a short walk to H-E-B, and close to boat ramps, which was super convenient. The only downside was the parking; we had a truck and boat, so it was a bit tight, but we were able to make it work. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out and grilling. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the stay, the house was perfect, HEB was really close we could walk and buy anything, ferry was close so we could go back and forth anywhere we wanted! We loved it! Just wish we could have stayed longer, thank you!!

Family beach trip

This was a cute little house that was perfect for our six person family. We loved the location and will be staying again if we get the chance. Only a ten minute drive to the ferry and right across the street from HEB!!

Great location

The location to the grocery store was perfect. Also very close to fishing piers and the ferry. Spacious enough for our family. I would say that the property could use a little maintenance but there wasn’t a big enough issue to impact our stay. Even though we were close to a busy area, it was very quiet.

The rental was very clean and set up nicely. There are necessities available such as extra towels and plenty of kitchen items. The floors have some damage and the bathtub is in bad shape. The location is about 30 minute drive from the beach, but near shopping and restaurants. All in all, we were very happy with our stay

Our stay at Harbor House was exactly what we needed. It's and older house but we didn't mind that. Everything was close by, especially HEB. Down the street from Rockport and the ferry. Edward was quick to respond when we emailed him. Will stay again.

Great location that was central to everything we were doing. Huge plus that H-E-B was right across the street. Keypad entry didn’t work and the backup key that should’ve been in the lockbox was in the mailbox next to the door, so anybody could’ve gotten in. I did message the host regarding this and he was super quick to respond. Bathtub was the worst thing about this place though. Felt like if you made a wrong move or stepped in the wrong spot you’d fall right through.

The stay overall was very unsatisfactory. There was a fishtail in the oven that posed as a fire hazard. The living room fan didn’t work. The whole house smelt very old and the sheets did not feel nor smell clean. We only needed a place to sleep and eat and we couldn’t comfortably even do that as there was a bug under the toilet paper replacements, and the shower flooring was extremely uneven almost felt as you were going to fall through. When explaining some of these issues to the host I received no response. Would not recommend.

I’m writing this review to share a serious concern from my recent stay. Although I’ve never had bed bug bites before, I am almost certain I got them during my 5-night stay at this property. On the last day of my stay, I noticed multiple itchy welts on my lower torso and behind my knee. A full week after checking out, the bites are still present, and the pattern matches what is commonly described as bed bug bites.I reached out to the host multiple times to report the issue. While he stated that they have never had previous complaints and that a thorough cleaning was done after my stay, he denied that there could be bed bugs and did not accept my offer to send photos of the bites. Unfortunately, this response did not give me confidence that the issue was being fully investigated.I hope the property undergoes a professional inspection, because no guest should have to deal with this possibility. Based on my experience and the lack of meaningful follow-up from the host, I cannot recommend staying here until this concern is properly addressed.

Harbor House was good place

Over all good place to stay for a week end, it's really nice little place! (Coming from a mom with 5 little ones it was a good stay) The HEB is right by the house right down the street... I like everything it's close by The host is amazing, he responds very quickly and is always there to answer questions he is great. THERE IS ALSO A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE PLACE ITS VERY CONVENIENT WHEN YOU HAVE LOTS OF LITTLE ONES! The only bad thing is that it needs to be deep cleaned a little more often. It's a beautiful place very beautiful the back yard is amazing and throughout the house is so beautiful with decor so pretty but, we were greeted by 2 house roaches when we entered the door. The appliances like toaster were not clean and a few other little spots. I didn't use the kitchen much I just felt it could've been a little more clean.(I feel like I left it more clean when I left then it was when I checked in) The house is equipped with towels,dishes,toilet paper,shampoo, conditioner,etc (I only used the toilet paper) It also has cleaning supplies and some other stuff you might need it's pretty stocked on things The other down side is there were no TVs in any of the rooms only in the living room the kids ended up not even using the rooms. Over all it was a great stay I enjoyed the place it was beautiful,peaceful,and relaxing. It honestly is a beautiful little home I do recommend it to anyone who wants to travel and needs somewhere to stay it's a good option.
