TROPICANA CABANA is perfect for families who can’t imagine vacationing without their dogs (up to two allowed) and love the thought of fishing off the world-famous Avon Fishing Pier which is conveniently close by. If your catch is dinner-worthy, there’s a fish-cleaning station under the house and gas grill to cook it up for a feast. Pack some games to play with on the spacious back lawn and plan on spending time relaxing in the brand new six-person hot tub. The best way to end the day is with a cool rinse-off under the stars in the outdoor shower.

Enjoy the ease of one-level living, where three bedrooms share the upper level with the home’s open living space. There’s a master queen bedroom with a private bath and two other queen bedrooms that share a full hallway bath. All the bedrooms feature 40-inch Smart TVs. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
