Hot tub and pool was great! The property was gorgeous, very clean and worked well for our family. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The provided pack n play and pull out bed worked wonderfully! Host was great and very nice. Responded quickly and professionally. 10/10 recommend!

Very clean. Well decorated. Loved the backyard!!! The host was very kind and made sure any questions we had were answered quickly. My elderly mother was able to use both bathrooms (thanks to the shower rail) and easily move through the home with her walker. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This stay was amazing

This was my first time being in Las Vegas and it was amazing. This house was definitely the perfect place to stay for me and my friends and family and I’m glad I came here. Definitely recommend for anyone searching to stay in Vegas for a couple of days.

Hot tub never worked the entirety of our stay. When we checked in a little bit after 4 we noticed the hot tub was in the 70s. We adjusted the temperature and waited 5 hours which only got it up to 97. We then connected the management company, they promised they would send someone the next day. After an unconfirmed maintenance visit, we were told it was fixed, however it only went up 1 degree to 98 thereafter. Again reached out was told it was “fixed” I sent screen shots showing it was not and was told there was nothing they could do until after we checked out. They promised to call us at noon to discuss but they never called. Extremely dusty chandler over the dining table, bugs coming up from the mater shower drain. Only allotted 1 towel per person, no plastic cups to use pool side, no spices and pans provided had seen much better days. Very disappointing overall but the lack of follow-up with hot tub was the worst. Positives include the location and quietness of the neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the video games and the AC worked beautifully. The pool was also very nice and was true to pictures.

Great property and property manager but needs new cleaners.

The property was very nice layout and property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We did have check in issue as the cleaners were running over an hour past our checkin time which was a significant problem for us. The cleaners still did not clean well and we also needed the pool guy to come clean the pool. Recommend hiring new cleaners and pool service. Then the property would be great!

This home was in a nice location and has a good layout. Communications with the property manager while we were at the property were very good with quick responses. We found the beds to be comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub.With that being said, the overall condition of the wear-and-tear on the home didn't match the price point or listing expectations. Throughout the house, many things were dented, broken or difficult to use (including sliding door to the backyard, sink knob, dryer start button, shower soap/shampoo dispenser, etc). Most disappointing for us was the pool, a primary reason we chose this property. There was a persistent bee issue where a dozen or so bees congregated at the water near the decorative rock next to the entry steps. Bees were swarming to the point where we did not feel comfortable allowing our child to enter the pool. The property manager was responsive and contacted both pest control and their pool service. They said that the hive could not be located and they sprayed, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved during our stay.
