The Space:
Start your vacation retreat with this cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 of your closest family or friends.
After a day of endless fun on the slopes, relax in the comfortable sectional sofa, and plush armchair seating in the lofted family room. Unwind for the night as you watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV, while snuggled up in blankets. As you sip hot cocoa, warm yourselves up next to the heat of the indoor gas fireplace. There are rug warmers, which are controlled automatically, in the living room and beside each bed for warm feet.
Guests will appreciate the compact and efficient, but fully-equipped kitchen, where the chef in your group can show off their exquisite cooking skills -- you will have everything needed to cook a delicious meal during your stay, including an induction stove top. Keep the cook in good company with the 2 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the dining area while sharing adventure stories of your time in Park City.
For a night of peaceful rest, the second level of the house, accessible through a set of stairs, features a primary bedroom that has a huge king-size bed, a 65" TV with cable package such as HBO and Disney+, a plush reading chair next to the warm electric fireplace, ample closet space, an air purifier, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted spa tub and a separate walk-in shower.
Additional guests can make their way to the third level of the house, also accessible through a set of stairs, where they will have access to two bedrooms each with its own queen-size bed, and a deluxe vanity table with a seated make-up station and tall mirrors. The second bedroom boasts a plush lounge seating area next to the warm electric fireplace, an air purifier, and stylish interior decor. The third bedroom, on the top floor, boasts tall windows providing a bright and cozy atmosphere with spectacular views overlooking April Mountain. In addition, there is a flat-screen TV, and a cozy electric fireplace designed to keep you warm through the winter night.
There are also 2 full bathrooms available to share between all guests during your stay -- one with a walk-in shower on the third level of the home, and the second with a shower/tub combo where you can soak your tired muscles, on the main floor of the home.
All TVs in the home feature 185 channels including Showtime, with Hulu, Netflix & Paramount Plus access. Sonos speakers, in every room, will fill the entire house with high-quality and brilliant sound. Motorized blackout shades are available on all bedroom windows to ensure that you will get a full night's rest. A ski/snowboard rack and a 6 pair boot dryer are conveniently located on the main floor. A laundry room with a washer/dryer combo is available next to the kitchen on the main floor of the home.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Head out the front door and find yourself in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and along Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, museums, and other unique entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.
Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from the heart of Park City Historic Old Town, Main Street, and Park City Town Lift which gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also a two-minute walk away from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.
The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
