Dolphins make regular appearances in the backyard river, and the private dock is great for fishing.
Fantastic local bars, restaurants, gift shops, and art galleries are all within a short stroll from home. If you're looking for some fun further away, you can book one of the many local charters for some off-shore fishing or head down to Tigertail Beach to spend the day on the sand. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available on the beach as well. Two adult bikes are provided at the home for easy neighborhood cruising.
Bright and spacious, the main-floor living area features tons of windows and a flowing, open-concept layout designed for group gatherings. The gorgeous full kitchen comes well-equipped with plenty of counter space and all the major stainless steel appliances you'll need for painless meal prep, and the dining table is ready to welcome everyone for family feasts or game nights. Plush seating and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime. Children's toys and board games are also provided for added entertainment. A built-in desk/office nook is available on the third-floor landing for remote work convenience. As an added perk, guests of the primary bedroom will enjoy a host of private en suite features including an attached bathroom, a walk-in shower, a furnished balcony, and a wet bar equipped with a mini-fridge. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
