From the covered front porch, you will be looking directly upon the South Alder Park and Bocce Ball Court. The park is less than a minute walk away from the Elk Creek Beach Promenade. This is truly a great location! There is a community fireplace with wood provided, and outdoor furniture. The Elk Creek Beach Promenade becomes a forested trail that leads you down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The home also has a spacious, enclosed sun porch with a twin daybed that also converts into a double bed. A great place to relax and read your favorite book, watch the beautiful sunrise over the forest and enjoy the privacy of a main floor bedroom.
The kitchen includes everything you'll need to cook your favorite meal, just bring the food! From the kitchen you can see the dining room, this way the cook will never miss a beat of the family fun! The dining area will comfortably seat six - eight guests. There is also a BBQ off the kitchen.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, with wood supplied upon your arrival. The sofa is very comfortable and inviting and serves as an additional sleeping space, turning into a sofa bed. There is a large screen TV with cable television.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One has a king sized bed, with a full bathroom. The other bedroom has triple bunkbed and a twin daybed that converts into a queen bed, also with a full bathroom. From the bunk room, you can view the South Alder Park.
