The Space:

The Pocono House is part of the Live Free Hospitality collection — easy to Google if you want to learn more about our brand. 😊



The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a dedicated work space, and a nursery in the walk-in closet! The secondary bedroom has a queen bed with closet space and an extra comfy mattress.

The kids' room has two twin beds + a trundle and a smart TV for the kids to enjoy.

The living room has an indoor gas fireplace with a 65" smart TV and an extra-large sofa sectional.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for you to feel right at home. Equipped with: Dishware/flatware, cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and more!

Our dining area is well lit up with natural light during the day and is the perfect spot for a family meal. There is extra seating around our extra large kitchen island too!



The garage area is where you will find the entertainment area. Our garage has been insulated and converted into a game room with foosball, air hockey, a smart TV, and a pull out sofa bed!



The backyard is where you will likely spend most of your time. The backyard has a brand new hot tub and outdoor dining area, and much more space to enjoy!

We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 4 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00. Please send an inquiry for more details. 8 Passes will be provided for access of community amenities, kids under 5 do not need passes.



-Our cleaning fee may seem a bit high, we pay the community a small fee for each reservation + a small fee for each car you register. We also work with a professional hot tub company to ensure the chemicals are balanced and the tub is clean and safe for every guest. Also, our housekeepers are the most efficient in the area. We hope you understand!

-Pets welcome for a fee of $75 per pet.

This will take effect if HOA send us a violation notice with the fines.



We do our absolute best to ensure our hot tubs are running at full steam and you can fully assume the tub will work during your stay. However, in the event there is an issue discovered during your stay, we will do our best to get a tech out right away, or issue a $25/night refund for any nights not resolved.
