5 star level unit. Only one parking space due to the big winter. Work and play from home in this beautiful and clean unit with stainless kitchen, tile counter tops, recessed lighting, and a new washer and dryer inside the unit. Professional desk with 400 mb WiFi, Herman Miller Aeron chair. Lovely 2 bedroom in nice 4-plex. Drive the 400 yards up the hill to park and ski down to the new Canyon Lodge, then ski back to your car on Blue Jay (black). Quiet building. No Pets please. Tax TOML-CPAN-16217 The space
This recently upgraded unit offers premium carpeting, unlimited data plan and 400 MBS streaming for remote working, and video streaming. . Professional desk with Herman Miller Aeron chair. 150 DVDs in the library, included Netflix and Prime on smart 4K 55" curved Samsung smart TV and Apple 4K TV as well. This corner unit gets plenty of sun but also has blackout window coverings in the bedrooms. This is a nice 4-plex apartment building, and as such has no pool or hot tub. (Pro tip: Snowcreek Athletic Club offers punch cards that can be used by anyone if your group and have no expiration date). Enjoy a full modern kitchen with new appliances and a new full size washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit. Whole bean coffee awaits in a premium burr grinder. It's the little things!

This corner unit is located closest to parking, and access to the mountain. This upstairs unit provides nice views and requires climbing one flight of stairs. See house rules for full logistics. No fish cleaning in the unit (please use the lakes basin Marina facilities), no mountain bikes in the unit please.
Youâll have the entire place to yourselves! Please note the bit about the stairs... we'd hate for you to have to leave Grandma in the car. :(
Other things to note
This unit is one of two units in the 4-Plex. The other two units are occupied by year-round residents. This makes for a nice, quiet and local feel. If you want to feel like you are living in Mammoth, this is a nice way to do it.

Enjoy binders of good DVDs, Amazon Firestick, a bluetooth receiver so you can play content from your mobile device on the stereo, Apple TV, and did I mention the brand new washer and dryer?
