It is 7 miles away from Marathon, 19 miles from Shell Norco, 50 minutes from New Orleans and 30 minutes from Baton Rouge. There are 3 bedrooms-1 queen bed, air mattress, 4 twin beds and a futon bed. There is a backyard patio for barbecuing & relaxing. Enjoy Cajun cuisine, view alligators or tour neighboring plantation homes.
The space
3 bedroom newly renovated manufactured. Master bedroom has 1 queen, Futon and an air mattress. The other bedrooms have two twin beds. There is a shower in the master bedroom and one in the hallway. There is a deck patio with a barbecue grill. There is ample parking space on the property and street for 6 cars. Additional parking in the church lot is available.
Guest access
Guests have access to a Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, free laundry room, living room, patio, 3 bedrooms and dining room.
Other things to note
No smoking in the house, no sleeping on the couch ( the queen bed, 4 twin beds and air matters are for sleeping), and no parties unless i expressly agree in writing. You are welcome to have barbecues or boils on the patio. Please inspect the place upon arrival for any potential damage or issues you would like resolved so that I can address it.
