Walk to the beach in 10 minutes from this new construction 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach home - Luna De Soleil. You'll also have access to the golf cart that comes along with this home. This beach retreat features a family friendly open floor layout, beautiful outdoor spaces and is just a quick walk to the neighborhood pool. This home's location puts you central to so many wonderful activities for your 30A vacation.

​​​​​​​Right off the entrance you'll find a cozy separate living area with sofa and TV (the perfect spot when you can't agree what show to watch). Continuing through the home you'll see the wonderful main living area. At the kitchen island there is seating for 3 and additional seating at the dining table for 8. The comfy sofa and loveseat frame the TV and entertainment center where you're sure to gather for a movie night or watch some TV to wind down in the evening. For convenience there's a half bath on the 1st level. Upstairs are all 3 bedrooms of the home as well as the washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a private bath while Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the hallway bath with tub shower combination. All bedrooms include TVs as well.

If you're looking to relax outside, there's a covered porch off the back of the home that is also situated near the gas grill. The covered porch at the front of the home has even more spots to sit with a cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail.

For your convenience, Luna De Soleil comes with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach wagon, and pool toys. A big help with figuring out what you'll need to pack. The path to the neighborhood pool is very close to the home - you can be there in just a couple minutes to splash the day away or relax in the community's hot tub. Head to the beach when you're ready, there are 3 accesses close to the home.

Highland Parks is perfectly located in Blue Mountain Beach between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place. Away from the hustle and bustle of the east end of 30A, but with easy access to the beach, fine restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood features beautiful landscaping and a stunning community pool. The pool offers island waterfalls, hot tub, and plenty of loungers and patio space to soak up the sun (plus covered seating as well!). There are also grills, showers and a watch tower with views of the Gulf.

The Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. If you're looking to explore, right at the back of the neighborhood is an entrance to Point Washington State Park where you'll find miles of walking and biking trails.

Just a short drive west and you're close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more.
