This home has laminate and tile floors throughout. Large sectional couch with extra seating in the living room. As well as an electric fireplace, a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV, sound bar and DVD player along with lots of movies and games for that day you stay in.
A cozy table for 2 by the coffee bar to check the weather and make plans for your day. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. French doors off the kitchen leading to a game room. Air hockey, foosball table and board games with a loveseat to sit while waiting for your turn with the winner.
There's even a dedicated makeup and hair drying/styling area off the 2nd bathroom.
When you reserve with us, to make your trip truly memorable and easy we have a detailed list of things to do in the area, places to eat, shop, banks, churches, car washes as well as hair and nail salons in a book on the island. Very convenient to Crystal River, Inverness, Dunnellon and Ocala. Orlando or Tampa approximately 1 1/2 hrs away. Outdoor Living! Covered Porch Enjoy the Florida weather! Relax on the large shady front porch with plenty of seating. Work on your tan in the back yard. Or just relax and watch the kids run around in the fenced in yard. Easy Parking, room for your cars and even your boat. Touch-key entry. We have Video security for the front and back yard and a video doorbell. No cameras are located inside house. Due to insurance no grilling allowed.

Great place

Great place to stay at near Crystal river. Very clean property with so much to do near by. House was in a great neighborhood. House offered so much as well including so many games and a coffee station! Beds were super comfortable and it was such a beautiful house. Would definitely stay again!

Clean & Comfortable

We stayed here for a family graduation and found the home to be very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The home provided lots of amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet. We are glad we found this home!

Home Sweet Vacation Home

Very nice property, clean house, nice furnishings, and quiet neighborhood. Short drive to stores, etc. Bring your own soap, shampoo, tissues, etc as there were none there. Also, very little toilet paper and paper towels, so bring or be prepared to go to the store right away. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Thank you for your review. In our listing we state a starter pack is included. We leave 1 full roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, bath, hand and dish soap and 3-4 rolls of toilet paper. Depending on the length of someone’s stay and how many guests they may need to replenish. This is how we keep our rates lower than most. Cleanliness and comfort are what is of upmost importance to us. We are happy to hear you found our home both. Thank you for choosing our home.

The host is phenomenal. She promptly responded to all our questions and was very good at leaving instructions at the house on where everything was and how things worked. The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It is very well furnished and stocked with ample linens and towels. The kitchen is well equiped with all the things you expect from a short term rental. Having both a 12 cup drip coffee maker and a full size Keurig coffee maker was a nice feature. She even had a k-cup to use in the Keurig so that I could use my own coffee. All three TVs are smart TVs, and the one in the living room has a feature that will allow you to login to all of your streaming services and it will wipe out all of your personal info/passwords at the end of your stay. The house was perfect for the two of us. The second bathroom is small, but does have a shower. It was just two of us, so even though the house can accommodate a second couple, we weren't sure how that would work with the smaller second bath on the other end of the house from where the two bedrooms are located (assuming you prefer not to share a bathroom). The furniture is very comfortable and it was great to have a rocker and a recliner in addition to a huge sectional. The location is very convenient to all of the newer restaurants and shopping in LeCanto. Nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this rental and host.

Very safe, quiet and well maintained neighborhood. There is a small walking park not far from the house. Guests love to sit on the shaded front porch and enjoy their morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. This home is located close to restaurants, shops, banks and bike trails.
