We're so glad to hear the check-in process was smooth, communication was great, and that the house was well stocked and ready for your arrival. It's also wonderful to hear you enjoyed the beach view, heated pool, beach chair service, comfortable beds, and the convenience of being so close to restaurants, shopping, and the boardwalk — we love that our guests get to experience all of that! We sincerely apologize for the mildew in the master shower. We definitely could have gotten our cleaners back out to the home had we'd been informed. Our team is available 24/7 to help with anything you may need. That is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to and we have flagged it with our cleaning and maintenance team to make sure it is taken care of right away. We also truly appreciate the feedback on the cosmetic updates and deck furniture — we are always looking for ways to improve the property and enhance our guests' experience, so notes like these are incredibly helpful and do not go unnoticed. The alarm system you mentioned is a requirement under Florida code for all homes with interior access to a pool. It’s designed strictly for guest safety, especially for children, and is standard in properties with this type of layout.
