We noted your comment about the neighborhood being “somewhat sketchy.” We’ve hosted this property for four years and have never had a safety-related incident or complaint regarding the neighborhood. Regarding the floors, we disclose this to guests so no one is alarmed by the uneven areas. The home is older, and our contractors have inspected it and confirmed that it is safe. We also have plans in place to address the flooring. We would never continue hosting if we were advised that it posed a safety hazard. We were also surprised to read about the living room TV and bathroom issue, as neither was reported to us during your stay. We are available 24/7 through the VRBO app or by phone call and would have gladly addressed both concerns had we been made aware. As for the driveway, its design is unfortunately outside of our control, but guests have the option to park in the driveway or on the street. Thank you again for your feedback.
