Summary:
Eden Luxe 1 is set on a beautiful hillside offering panoramic views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. This 2 BR ultra luxurious villa is part of the Nianna Eden Estate, set in the heart of Spring Farm, an upscale Montego Bay community, right above the Half Moon Golf Club.

Luxe 1 sleeps up to 6 guests, a private chef is available for hire and we offer pre-stocking services. All our properties come with complimentary membership to RH Beach Club.

The Space:
Eden Luxe 1 is an ultra-modern 2 bedroom villa which sits within the greater Nianna Eden Estate on its western side.

The villa has a spacious entrance courtyard to greet all guests & visitors. Once inside the home you are immediately exposed to the living area, kitchen & indoor dining, outdoor lounge area and dining, infinity edge pool. The plan is extremely open and three areas flow into each other - living, lounging and swimming. Two persons are able to sleep in the living room.

Off to the left and right of the living area are the large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has an ceiling mounted LED TV, king bed and AC. They both open up onto the pool deck. There is closets for hanging and folding clothes. The bathrooms are very spacious with "his & hers" sinks and showers, and extra outdoor shower or bath depending on your luck.

Located close to Montego Bay, the villa is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.

The experienced chefs prepare the most delightful breakfasts, lunches and dinners, according to our menu of popular dishes. All meals are prepared by incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables from Montego Bay's farmers from whom we purchase our greens.

Everyone wants to grow in life and we are blessed that this is our time. We are gradually expanding the Nianna Eden Estate and kindly request you to please bear with us, your stay should not be affected but do notify us immediately if it is.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire villa with its beautiful swimming pool and gardens. Other villas on property are private to other guests.

Guests are provided with their own gate remote to leave and enter freely as they like. This comes along with your Rose Hall Beach Club membership card.

The Neighborhood:
Spring Farm is the #1 neighborhood in Montego Bay. The estate neighbors the grounds of the world famous Half Moon Hotel. Spring Farm is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island.

There are 3 PGA rated golf courses within walking distance and tee times can be arranged. For well-spent, fun family days discover the most exhilarating water attraction in the Caribbean at the Hilton Water Park. There is so much to enjoy for adults and kids, navigate through cascading waterfalls, relax along the lagoons, drift on the lazy river with inner tubes or lounge in one of three terraced pools. Alternatively take the family along for a thrilling horse-back riding experience at Half Moon Equestrian Centre, located a mere 5 minutes from Nianna.

There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, DelMare and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Marguerite’s , Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners.

There are beaches galore, ranging from 4-10 minutes driving distance or a minimum 15-minute walk. These include free access to the Rose Hall Beach Club (with Nianna access card) and Tropical Bliss Beach (paid access).

Getting Around:
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Rose Hall Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

Other Things to Note:
When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

We provide a chef at nominal charge if needed to prepare any meals you require. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to Eden Luxe 1.

We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request.

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use

•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup

•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers

•Management reserves the right to enter if the need arises.

•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

We provide a first class chef service on request, all you have to do is say the word.

Extra guests are warmly welcomed. We do need to know in advance, as a matter of security, if you will be having extra guests to stay over. Extra guests staying over will be chargeable at the nightly rate of the property ($100 plus tax).

If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
