We are interested in longer term guests. 6 month stays, or longer.

Dogs / pets will require additional approval. Please do not instant book if you have pets. Send me a message, lets's discuss the details of your situation and we can go from there. You will be required to fill out a Pet Addendum as well.
The space
Brand NEW energy-efficient home! It's 2225 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, den (TV / Entertainment room) and a 3 car tandem garage.

The home's open concept living space makes it ideal for entertaining - the kitchen, dining room and great room are all one large space.

The pool is heated throughout certain months, but there is no guarantee, as it's controlled by the management company. The pool has a parking lot if you'd like to drive over, or it's about a 10 minute walk.

There is no BBQ at the property on purpose for fire liability reasons. There are many community BBQs you can use.

*** Flexible Pet Policy ***

Our Pet policy is out of respect for future guests.

Exceptions can be made with pre-approval. No cats allowed.
An additional non-refundable pet fee in the amount of $125 will be required for each pet, plus a nightly rate of $30 per pet per night.

We allow hypoallergenic dogs. Allowed dogs include: Maltese, Poodle, Yorkshire terrier, Miniature schnauzer, Shih Tzu, Bichon frise, Chinese crested, Havanese, Cornish Rex.

Cleanup and damages that occur from pets will be billed accordingly. Unauthorized pets will automatically be billed at $300.00/each plus any damages or additional cleaning costs.

Pets are to be kept in owner-provided kennel/crate if/when owner leaves house and leaves pets at house without supervision. Pets are specifically not allowed on couches, futons, beds or any other furniture.

You will have access to entire house except for one room which will hold our supplies.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house/property. Garage access, along with use of Washer & Dryer included. You will be provided 1 garage door remote. You will need to provide your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets for washer & dryer use.

The pool is approximately 3 blocks away from the house. You can walk or drive there.
