Lagoon Escape is a 6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom house sleeping 26 and is located on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

***DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.**

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 6 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

A great property for large groups
We rented this property for a church group retreat. It easily handled our seventeen people. The living area, dining, and kitchen are all open to each other and provided a nice large gathering space. The home is equipped with nice furnishings and upscale appliances. Check in was a breeze. The only issues we had were the code on the door gave us some trouble when we arrived, but we called the number on the reservation and they were able to give us a new code very quickly. And for whatever reason, the ice maker on the fridge wasn’t making ice. Not sure if it was turned off or something, but we couldn’t figure it out. Again, wasn’t an issue because with a group our size, we had purchased bagged ice anyway. All in all, this is a beautiful home in a great location, that sleeps a large group. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. Choose this one with confidence.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was plenty big enough for our entire family and the kids loved the pool. We were disappointed that there were no light in the pool or backyard, which could be a safety issue. When I called about this, you sent someone out but it was not fixed during our stay. There are a few items that you may want to address: - window coverings in the bedrooms for privacy and those who sleep in - first floor bath fan does not work - one of the upstairs baths has hot and cold water reversed - there was a lot of mold on the ceiling in one of the baths upstairs - one upstairs bedroom had long black hair in the bed and on the shower walls - it was obviously not cleaned! - there was a lot of trash in the yard, and my son filled a bucket with it - some of the metal outdoor furniture was broken and rusty, so we moved it behind the fence so that the kids would not get hurt All in all, this home was a good experience for us and your customer service was excellent, always friendly and helpful.

Amazing!
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, everything was working, and the location was good! We were close enough to walk to the beach, even my sister did, who was 8 months pregnant. The pool and dock was great having too, the kids loved it! We definitely would recommend this! We will be back!

First Timers had a ball
We originally rented this property through a nation-wide vacation rental site and then the owners sold to Beachball. Beachball Properties honored the reservation and added a bunch of additional bunk beds, so our house for 16 turned into a house for 26. The house sleeps 10 adults comfortably--the top bunks are for children and the trundle beds are not comfortable. When we arrived, the first glance of the property was a trash container at the curb with seven other bags of trash around the larger container from the previous tenants. Beachball's remedy, when we called them, was to have us throw the extra bags into the trash container after the hired company dumped the large container. This left very little room for our trash for the week. A very simple solution to this problem is to ask tenants to put the trash container at the curb on Monday and Thursday mornings. Luckily, the neighbor told us what days that trash is picked up. Other than that issue, the property is beautiful, close to beach access and all services that we needed--ice, a restaurant, fresh seafood, ice cream, and a convenience store. The pool was in working order. Past tenants have left quite a few beach/pool toys behind. Beachball Properties needs to sort through and discard the broken and extra toys. The outdoor shower was nice. It was full of left over boxes and floaties, but we worked around that. The poolside connect four game needs replaced. It is broken and weathered. The property is in a quiet West Beach neighborhood and it is easy to navigate to the more busier eastern part of Gulf Shores. This property is very much a hidden gem for your family or group.
