EVENTIDE is a newly constructed, Fortified Gold, fully custom beach home with all the amenities. This Coastal Modern home is the ideal layout for multiple families—it’s the perfect home for 6 couples with children (and grandchildren) who seek deeded Gulf beach access along with exclusive access to the waterfront tranquility of Little Lagoon. The main level features 12’ ceilings and 10’ tall sliding glass doors that offer expansive waterfront views. This magnificent home boasts 6 king bedrooms with private baths -- 2 of which are master suites that offer walk in showers, dual shower heads with separate controls, (a separate soaking tub in one master bath), and walk-in closets. The interior design and furnishings will leave a lasting impression.

In addition to the 6 master bedrooms, which sleep 12, Eventide has 2 additional bedrooms with quad bunks PLUS an open quad bunkroom that shares a bath. These additional bedrooms, along with 2 luxury pull out beds in the family rooms, offer space to sleep an additional 16 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with large smart TVs, there are two extra-large smart TVs in the family rooms and built-in surround sound in the main family room. These two spacious family rooms (one on each floor) along with an expansive deck overlooking the peaceful waterfront offer plenty of space for your entire party to stretch out and relax. Both family rooms feature wet bars with beverage refrigerators and ice makers.

Dining in? We have you covered! The spacious kitchen has dual gas ovens and ranges with 60” of cooktop space that is professionally ventilated. You’ll also have dual, full-sized, refrigerators and dishwashers. Need more cooking space? Move to the outdoor kitchen and sear steaks, veggies or roast a turkey on the large gas grill (gas bottles not required!). Eventide has everything you will need to prepare wonderful meals for your entire party.

Not only is the home perfect for families with children, Eventide's layout can also accommodate a variety of groups like sports teams, corporate retreats, church groups, concert goers, wedding parties, and family celebrations. There is covered parking for 8 mid-sized cars and additional parking along the private driveway.

The home is equipped with an elevator there is plenty of storage for your beach and lagoon gear in the guests’ storage closet located at ground level.

The Gulf beach is just steps away! Exclusive beach access is across the street from the home. This area of West Beach is very low density so the cars are few and far between. The beach itself is never overcrowded because of this location – there are no condos or public parking in this area of West Beach-- the beach is private to homeowners and guests.

After a fun day at the beach, enjoy peace and quiet while watching the sunset over Little Lagoon on the 1000 sq. ft. deck which features a heated pool (see below for daily rates for heating), an outdoor kitchen and plenty of space for alfresco dining. Or, you may choose to skip the ocean and enjoy a peaceful day at your own 100' private sandy beach and a swim or soak in the clear, eventide and sandy bottom of Little Lagoon. The pool's dimensions are 10' x 20' and the depth goes form about 3' to around 5'.

Little Lagoon is the best kept secret in Gulf Shores! It offers clear, shallow and calmer waters than you usually find at the gulf which makes it the perfect spot for stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming /water play, sailing dinghies or sandcastle building.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated to a maximum of 86 degrees. This service is by request in advance at $75 per day and must be for length of stay. This fee is subject to change due to fluctuating energy prices. Simply contact the property manager to request the pool to be heated any time after making the reservation but at least a week before check in so we can get it on before you arrive.

General notes, rules and regulations:
We provide a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. This should be enough for your first day but please plan to bring or purchase the following items: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. (Before you purchase beach chairs, take a look in the guest closet as there may be some beach chairs there that were left by previous guests).

Be sure to reserve your watersports rentals in advance! There are several local rental companies that will deliver and pick up kayaks, SUPS, etc.

Parking on the street is not permitted by local ordinance. Please park under the house or in the driveway only. Please stay off the dunes except to access and leave the Gulf beach and remove personal items from the Gulf beach each day. Also, please refrain from parking in the sand along the driveway.

We require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, no exceptions. Noncompliance with this rule will lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Though we love our furry friends, pets are forbidden.

WEDDINGS AND LARGE PARTIES:
Weddings and large parties are NOT allowed. Instead, we encourage you to find an event space for your wedding or large party -- this house is not ideal for a large number of people (More than 28) who wish to entertain / gather / celebrate. Several wedding guests in the past have had their weddings on the beach, their catered receptions at a nearby hotel event space, then the overnight guests return to the house after the reception. THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY for this property is 28 overnight guests-- regardless of whether they are staying overnight or visiting for the day.
