I don’t get how you can comment on the host personality. When you have never met said host. My only negative interaction with you as a guest is your inability to communicate. I had to ask you for identification on multiple occasions until it came to the point where I had to get Vrbo involved. That was unpleasant, but it’s not something that I have held against you and I don’t think that it’s something that warranted you leaving a negative and untrue review. We are listed on multiple platforms and one thing for certain when it comes to cleanliness we are rated the highest. And like I said, in terms of my personality, we have never had any interaction except for the three where I had to keep asking you to provide your identification, and that was all the entire conversation surrounded.

Reading is extremely fundamental the description of the property clearly states that there is no AC in the secondary bedroom the washer and dryer is also cleared listed as an amenity that carries an additional cost. You had no issues during your stay i have two messages where you are singing praises however after destroying two fans in the apartment. You are retaliating because you are held responsible for the damages.

I just want to be clear that there was nothing misleading about the description of the apartment. Something you clearly didn’t bother to read before booking. Again clearly stated in the listing is that there is a laundry room, which has a fee to it. Something you also did not read. For $70 a night for four people your expectations of having a barbecue grill that is not shared but just special and specific for you on the second floor of a building is a bit naïve. This is a building, not a villa. You asked for more chairs I provided more chairs for you. You asked for more towels. I provided more towels for you. There was not one single thing that you asked me to address during your stay that was not addressed. I will go on to see if you are going to book a property. Read the listing description. Read the information provided to you. It is obvious that our listing was not a good fit for you and if you had taken some time off to read You did not have to book with us and somebody else who would’ve been comfortable with the property would’ve booked. Spend more time being intentional.

How can a guests who never booked my property review it is beyond me. VRBO never misses an opportunity to blow my mind and as to why someone who never booked or stayed at my property is submitting a review on my property is beyond me.
