JANUARY SPECIAL! Beautiful, Updated Gulf front Condo w/Awesome Views & Reviews!

I was born and raised in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where I resided until I was 24, when I then met my husband, Steve, a native of Louisville, Kentucky. We have two grown children. While in Louisville, I always missed the beach. After vacationing in many places in Florida, I finally found a condo that fulfilled my every wish; a huge balcony, spacious rooms, awesome Gulf views. One year later in 2009 we purchased a condo identical to it. I had found my paradise at last. So much so, that after we sold our bakery, we decided to move to Panama City Beach permanently. We purchased a second condo in the same building in 2018, my Brazilian Gem (I'm from Brazil and the condo is a Gem"), and decided to rent it ourselves. I'm an avid reader and Steve has been going to the gym for decades.

Our condo is meant for two things: relaxation and saving money. It's ideal for couples or a family with a few children. While we can't promise perfect weather in the Sunshine state we can provide a comfy condo for your vacation stay. Even watching a storm from the balcony can be a unique experience, and rainbows on the water are priceless! The same goes for watching dolphins and marine life from the balcony. Every day is different and the unobstructed view of the sky and water is a different painting every single day. And you won't believe the sunsets! The balcony is big and with comfortable furniture. We don't rent to spring breakers so our condo stays undamaged.

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need so you can spend time enjoying the beach. I know some of you want to stay away from the kitchen while on vacation but for people who like to cook a fast, fresh meal, and prefer to eat on the balcony overlooking the Gulf instead of waiting for a table in a pricey restaurant, this is the condo for you. We provide herbs and spices, cooking spray, vegetable and olive oils, condiments like ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salad dressings in the fridge, and staples like pastas and grains so that you can prepare a simple meal and enjoy a beautiful sunset at the beach (not valid for stays over two weeks). You only need to buy your fresh and specialty ingredients and you are good to go. There's a Walmart nearby within easy walking distance and it opens at 6 a.m.! If you want to treat yourself to breakfast, there are three breakfast/lunch places within walking distance. Waffle House right to the East, Steak Shake & Pancake and Sunrise Cafe right across the street. Publix is a great grocery chain two miles from the condo and their bakery is very good.
