Also, a 2 car garage is available for guest use to keep your vehicles out of the sun!

Feliz Paseos Trail Park, a 57 acre preserve just across the street, is perfect for a shorter excursions while the Camino de Oeste trailhead/David Yetman Trail is a famous trek multi-leg trek through the Tucson mountains is a short drive or hike. Cyclists are in for a walk out the door treat for some unforgettable road cycling through the West side of Tucson. If you prefer to go for a drive, one of the most scenic routes in Arizona, Gates Pass is less than 5 minutes away and a quick trip to The Sonoran Desert Museum.

THINGS TO KNOW:

-POOL HEAT FEE=100$ per night. The pool can be heated allowing for year-round fun in the sun!! The pool will, on average, be around 80 degrees

-2 car garage accessible for guests.

-Gatherings over occupancy, loud music or events are not permitted. Good neighbor policy enforced, quiet hours 10pm-8am

-No pets allowed

-Gas Fireplace is not operational
