As an end corner upper unit, this allows for more privacy and a quiet reprieve (no one above you - and no one on 3 sides of you!) Plus - being on the 3rd level gives you the beautiful gulf views!
You'll have walking paths to the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf beach on one side and the secluded Santa Rosa Sound on the other side. Plus a private pool at the complex for a less sandy swim!
Perfectly placed near a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream stops and shopping all just within minutes of a short walk.
