Full of charm and big on personality,, this pet-friendly retreat (for pups under 35 lbs) is ideal for families looking to soak up the sun and enjoy the laid-back beach vibe.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy coastal style that feels like home. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen and Twin-over-Twin bunk bed in the guest room, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms feature TVs, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

So close to the beach! Super clean and cozy, well stocked kitchen (really!) and foosball table that made for fun family challenges! Exceeded expectations, would definitely book again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Superb rental in every way, immaculate, cool little bungalow and every single thing worked! Great cooking equipment and a nice grill outside. Very carefully thought out home and I would ABSOLUTELY book again. This is a closer walk to the beach than the fairfield Marriot which is beach front! Laundry room is outside but who could possibly care it is perfect and gives more room in the house! Absolutely wonderful time at this property. This would be the exact type of property to buy at the beach, everything you need and nothing you don't. Cool little yard for a dog as well. Beautiful sitting area. I cannot say enough good things about this property!!!!

Perfectly located little beach cottage

We loved the little beach cottage. It was decorated very nicely and about a two minute walk to the beach perfect location. We had a great stay no problems.

Outside Area

The outside area could use some work. The sand area had some trash and rotten food that someone threw in there by the grill and upon our arrival, I picked it up. The wooden deck stairs are a little scary, seem to be loose. The grill is well, gross, and needs a good cleaning or replaced. The property was very clean and quiet. Great location to beach and restaurants. I would rent this again! Thank you!

Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and appliances are new and clean. Bathroom has walk in shower and very clean. Plenty of chairs and seating inside as well as outside and in the crows nest. Plenty of towels, blankets and sheets. The only thing I wish the house had was more hangers in the closets and an iron/ironing board. Would definitely stay here again! Short walk to the beach and plenty of parking in the drive way.

A few things, the house was very cute. But the minute I walked in the door I could not stand the smell of wet dog. I went right to public’s bought 15 air fresheners for pets and and 2 cans of pet spray and use themBoth. Also the washer and dryer is outside in a closet. There is a little step down to get to it. You annoy notice it well I fell I cut me knee open and hurt my wrist. I left a message at the management company about that and about a few issues no remote for living room fan. And a few minor issues. I never got a call back. But we were there for our son’s wedding. Which the beach wedding was wonderful.

Cozy little home perfect for small families

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect little house for a small single family of 5 getaway. It was well kept over all and equipped with everything we needed for 5 days. It’s a short walk to the beach access, only 2 houses down to the right side and away but close enough to the busy restaurants/attractions. Paradise Beach Homes provided plenty of towels which we ended up using because the shower leaks from the sides a bit. The grout and caulking in and around the shower door base area need maintenance but we didn’t mention it since it’s the only shower and we needed it to be in service and not being worked on while we were there since grout and caulking need long drying times. Hopefully it gets worked on soon while not in use for the sake of future guests. The only thing I wish I would have looked at closer or that should be added in the description is the laundry room is a small room located outside. It was harder to do laundry that way but we made it work. Good value over all and would stay here again. Thank you :) P.S. We saw plenty of Jellyfish and marine wildlife including a baby shark close to shore and dolphins putting on a show deeper in which to us was beautiful but do be cautious if you decide to take a swim. We decided to just enjoy the water ankle deep. We built sandcastles and painted shells. Shrimp basket and The Grand Marlin were such delicious places to eat. Also Peg leg Pete’s, and the Drift lamb lollipops, bread pudding and Chilean sea bass were on another level!
