★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ RULES & TIPS ★
These are a few key things. Please read the house rules before continuing with your reservation.

✔ Reservations made on behalf of someone else is not allowed.
✔ No unregistered guests allowed. Visitors are OK.
✔ No loud music or noises during sleeping hours: 9 pm - 7:30 am.
✔ Smoking allowed outdoors only
✔ No events or parties
✔ The unit may not be suitable for infants and toddlers, but we will leave that decision up to the parent or guardian.

Extended Late Check-Out
Feel free to ask. However, we cannot guarantee that an extended late check-out will be possible. Unauthorized late checkouts are charged at a rate of $20.00 per half hour or part thereof. At two hours past check-out guests are responsible for a full days rent, although they are not entitled to possession. They are also responsible for any loss of rent or credits issued to the next guest caused by their late checkout.

Guest access
Feel free relax in the backyard sitting area in front of the shed, and of course inside of the suite. Guests are not allowed behind the home or on the other side.
