Very nice stay! Unit was super clean, well furnished with nice seating, new appliances, comfortable bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Obviously newly renovated. The host was excellent. Stayed in contact with us before and during the trip. He even checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Will most definitely rent this unit again!!

Waters Edge Resort #1111

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check in process was easy and Todd, the host, was in touch a few times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. The condo is beautiful with nice furnishings. It was spotless on our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We will definitely consider booking this condo again when we visit next winter.

The condo was welcoming. We were asked how our trip was going after we had been there a day. Thank you for that! You just cannot beat the view!!! Sitting on the balcony and watching the moon come up was pretty amazing and oh so relaxing!

Nice Place. Two queen size beds. two bedroom. unfortunately, Ian (hurricane) did some damage to the lower floor of the building and pool area. indoor pool will be completed by 04/30/2023. The outside pool, has not been repaired. however, you have the ocean!. I think that you will enjoy this condo.

Could have been better.

Was only given 1 car parking tag so had to make arrangements to park a 2nd car elsewhere. No pool access because of property renovations due to hurricane last year but wasn’t told of this up front or might have stayed somewhere else.

Charles, again as owners we are extremely upset that amenities are yet restored. We again apologize, but with-all due respect, we did send an update about 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Charles I wanted to be fair and transparent to all my guests. Our management company, HOA and BOD have demonstrated to the owners both incompetence and the lack of management knowledge. Our construction repairs from last years hurricane are still underway. They failed to get the proper permits, etc and a shut down notice was issued. We as owners are now at the mercy of their incompetence and are looking at legal remedies. I wanted to let you know that it’s possible the deck and pools will not be open for your arrival. If you would like to cancel I understand. I am very sorry about this . Todd

Beautiful condo

This condo is absolutely amazing. I was looking for a nice, relaxing atmosphere for my family, and this beautiful condo definitely hit the mark. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything you would need. The host’s attention to details was simply impressive. We loved the location of the property and enjoyed its many amenities. My 14- and 20-year old sons loved being right on the beach and also having the option of going to the pool when they were tired of the waves. The only downfall is if your vehicle is over 6’7” tall, you won’t fit anywhere but the bottom level of the parking garage, and if the bottom level is full, you may have difficulty finding a place to park.

Exceeded our expectations!

I honestly can not say enough good things about this property. Todd has the best communication I have ever received from any vacation stay. Quick response time, honest and super helpful! After leaving he even messaged and told us to have a safe trip home! The unit itself is better than described. There is a queen, king, a standard pullout and a twin pullout. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The balcony is larger than we expected too. Everything is neat and organized. There are several hooks for towels, sweatshirts, etc. throughout the unit. (Balcony, hallway, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) My kids did not attend this trip with me, but the little things like that definitely will come in handy for moms on vacation! The attention to detail is definitely present in this unit. The closets have hangers and clothes hampers. There are charging stations throughout providing more than enough ways to charge all devices at one time. The laundry area has a broom, swiffer and vacuum to help keep things tidy during your stay. We ate out during our trip, but from what we saw the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals. (pots, pans, tupperware, cooking utensils, etc.) Waters Edge itself is very clean, quiet and the front office staff was helpful. The parking garage has plenty of space and it is not super tight or difficult to drive. There are several places less than a mile away to eat or drink. Including an arcade and ice cream shop for those with little ones.
