Spacious, family-friendly home with two comfortable living rooms, each with a fireplace for those cozy nights. This home has central air for warm summer days. Modern amenities, like three Smart TVs and free WiFi, are included. A fully equipped kitchen for those who like to eat in and a barbecue on one of the two decks for outdoor dining. Relax on the lower deck in your private hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced and beautifully landscaped. This home can be your home away from home. We have taken over hosting our home personally. It has been on the market since 2020. Kathleen gave us a five-star review: "The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Absolutely perfect for our family reunion of eight. The house was sparkly clean and super well stocked. Everything worked, and it was very homey. It was even decorated for fall. Completely suited to our needs."

We had a nice stay and it was perfect for our family since the couch and chairs could fit all of us easily. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked, more than what I’d expect for a rental. Everything seemed clean and well maintained.

The home is beautiful, as pictured, and included some extra amenities that you don't always see(hand soaps in bathrooms and the kitchen!). The beds are all comfortable! The location allowed us to visit Seattle and nearby Edmond for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants! The hosts were responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Family reunion

We can not say enough good things about this home. Leanne and Norm are the perfect hosts who ensure everything you need to feel at home is in their house. Their online manual made it so easy. The house was well stocked and extremely organized so everything was easy to find. We stayed there with our son and his wife and four kids and we hosted dinners with my son and his wife. Our time together was jyst perfect and so much if it was due to the house being so ideal for families. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is about 30 minutes from the airport. The best area for restaurants is Edmonds WA. Depending on the time if day alot of traffic. Property area is quiet.

Wonderful property

We were in town for a basketball tournament and the location was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean hot tub. Three bathrooms was a nice plus and having two living spaces was also great so kids could utilize one while adults used the other. Prompt responses from the host.

Charming and comfortable

We arrived in late November to see family. The house was immaculate and nicely decorated for the holidays but not over the top. It is clear the owners take great pride in their home. We had quick response to any questions we had. We arrived a few days following a major windstorm and they had already cleared the yard of debris. There are stairs and there is not a handrail from the driveway to the entry. Steps are well maintained but if you have mobility challenges and it is wet from rain, as is common in Seattle, it could be slick. It may be possible to get access through the garage if coordinated in advance. The split level inside steps all have railing. Would gladly stay again.

All the little things done right

What a wonderful rental! It is conveniently situated so that Seattle to the south and cities/national parks to the north are easy commutes. Great neighborhood that felt very safe - we saw neighbors walking their dogs, but no noise or disturbances whatsoever. It has a beautiful back yard with a privacy fence. There are two living spaces (it's a split level home), so the four of us had room to spare. It had everything we needed in a kitchen (even a crockpot!), and the home itself was lovely and comfortable. Thick towels, plush beds, all the touches of a hotel with the feel of home. The real prize, however, is the attention to detail. Not just "starter packs" of necessities, but actual supplies. Plenty of toiletries and supplies. Furry throws for the couches. An entire cabinet of spices and oils. They even had foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen, and laundry detergent in the washroom. All the things you need (and in most places inevitably buy and leave behind) were there waiting for us. Check-out was a breeze. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. They said their goal was a five star stay; it was that and more. We are definitely staying here when we come back.

Cozy and Quiet

The property is very clean & well stocked, anything you might need they have. The host is very attentive to our needs. My kids couldn't find the playing cards and the next day, we got a package delivery of 2 sets of playing cards. They are very accommodating, they even installed a handheld shower to make it easy to bath my special needs child. If we ever come back to Seattle, I will definitely book with them again. It is a very lovely, cozy and quiet home. I would give them more than 10+ stars if I can.

Excellent choice for family stay

The property was just as described. We were visiting Seattle for our son's wedding and wanted a place several of us could stay together. Everything was well organized (and labeled!) The hosts were very thoughtful checking in before and during our stay. The provided information on items were available so we knew what to pack. A thorough guidebook was also shared. Roomy, clean stay

The house was really comfortable for me, my husband, my 88 year Mother, my 2 adult Sons and one of their spouses. We spent mornings on the deck and the hot tub was awesome! Everything very clean. Leanne was easy to communicate with. We loved it!

Beautiful home and great location

The split level of this home worked great for us. My husband and I took the downstairs suite with a den and eating area while the grands and parents used the upstairs bedrooms. The living-dining-kitchen area was a great space for us all and I gather. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. The entire house was air conditioned and easily regulated with a central control. We didn’t think we would need a washer and dryer but it came in handy. The back yard was great for the kids to get some fresh air. The house in well stocked with great board games and corn hole for family fun. The hot tub was a highlight for everyone. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts who were very responsive. We highly recommend this property and the hosts! Would definitely stay here again.

Best stocked kitchen on the planet

We were an adult party of eight coming in for a family event. This was the perfect stay. The hosts were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The property was incredibly clean, well maintained and the kitchen was stocked beautifully. The only thing I could have wished for was a few more coffee mugs so we didn't have to keep washing them. But I'm really only joking about that. The place could not have been nicer.
