The space
Stay in our beautifully designed Abodu—a modern, Scandinavian-inspired tiny home built for comfort, style, and sustainability. With large windows, natural light, and a minimalist layout, this private casita offers the perfect mix of function and charm for business trips or weekend getaways.

The living area is bright and plant-filled, with a cozy pull-out couch for extra guests. Stream your favorite shows on the Chromecast-equipped TV and unwind in this calm, tropical-inspired space.

The bedroom features a plush queen-size bed with soft linens for a hotel-style sleep. A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to stay productive.

The compact kitchen includes everything you need for simple meals—dishes, utensils, a small oven, and more—whether you're cooking or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants.

You'll also have access to a convenient all-in-one washer/dryer unit, perfect for refreshing clothes during longer stays or drying off after a rainy Seattle day. It’s tucked neatly into the space to keep things efficient without sacrificing comfort.

Located in a quiet North Seattle neighborhood, the casita is just minutes from I-5 and public transit, with easy access to downtown. Whether you're exploring the city or settling in for a peaceful stay, everything you need is close by.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to a private, one-bedroom, one-bathroom casita—completely separate from the main house for a peaceful and private stay.

A dedicated parking space is available at the front of the property. Entry to the unit is located around the back, just off the main street, with clear signage for easy, contact-free check-in.
Other things to note
* This casita is located next to a house we’re in the process of tearing down. There is no active construction at this time, but the structure is visible from parts of the property. We’ve taken care to maintain a peaceful, private experience, and the casita itself remains fully finished and quiet.

*Please note that quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

*Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house.

Pet Policy & Fee
Well-trained pets are welcome! We allow up 1 pet per stay, with a $50 fee. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet.

To keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests:
- Please do not allow pets on furniture or linens (including couches, beds, throws, towels, and pillows).
- Do not leave pets unattended in the casita.
- Kindly clean up after your pets.
