Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was just right for our family of 4 plus our nephew for a weekend getaway. We had plenty of space and the amenities were just want we needed. The close proximity to the beach was perfect for hauling all our beach toys there in the morning. The pool was nice to come back too after the beach and play around for a little before dinner. I would absolutely recommend to a friend and even bring our family back to visit again.

The Beach club was amazing

The unit was very accessible, clean, up-to-date, and staying somewhere where you have access to everything you need for the beach was a bonus and awesome! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying there every time I go to the island! I give them a 10+ 😊

Perfect for Two

We spent a weekend here. It is our second time here and love the location to the beach. It is close to Bridge Street restaurants and bars. We would walk if wanted exercise or take the free trolley. Front desk is extremely helpful and friendly.

Great Value

Close to the beach and overall centrally locates in the island, this was a fantastic value. The office staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Unit was clean and stocked with everything to get you through a five day stay. The one-bedroom unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This location is wonderful! I have older parents and the short walk across the beach is so helpful. Beach chairs provided was such a help. Pool was clean and beautiful. Sun deck at sunset is a must. Room was clean and literally had everything one needs to just relax or cook a full meal. Will definitely try to be back.

Loved this property, we’ll be back

We love Anna Maria Island and this property is a great asset to the island! Location is great, right across the street from the ocean. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the condo and private front deck. It also has a large deck on 2nd floor for everyone with ocean view. The beach access is also right across the street. It was clean and up to date decor. It had a nice pool including a bonus hot tub! Liked that there was staff there during the day if needed help. Highly recommend this property!

We really did not have a good time. I couldn't use the beach because i'm unsteady on my feet and the pool was closed for repairs. Other than reading on the porch, we did not have much to do.

Great for the money

This property was perfect for 2 of us staying. Location was nice...right across the street from the beach. The only reason I’m not giving this place a 5 star review is that we had trouble sleeping at night. We stayed 3 nights and every night there was what sounded like a door squeaking noise coming from either downstairs or next to us. We couldn’t figure out what the noise was and we couldn’t hear it during the day. Our guess was that someone was leaving windows open at night and something was being blown to and fro.

10 year Anniversary

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary trip. Awesome location. Short walk to the beach and fairly central to walk/cycle to Bridge street or to Publix, Walgreens and many restaurants. We were able to check in early and the manager actually called us to let us know our room was ready early which was great! Had no issues with our room (Unit 11). Roof top terrace was really nice to watch the ocean and enjoy the warm nights. The pool and hot tub looked ok but we didn’t use it since we just went to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Only minor thing I would say is that the unit could use very minor cosmetic updates to really make it pop. Maybe a fresh coat of brighter paint and some updates to the bathroom fixtures would really make it stand out. Overall a great stay and would love to come back with the whole family in the near future

OK - Very clean though

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Unit stocked well with utensils etc...2. Broken pull out bed could not be resolved without having to move multiple times. Management went out of their way to resolve as best as possible. 3. Security issue one night with a homeless person on Veranda at 9pm staring into the parking lot and laughing to himself. Management not present at this time but Police responded promptly and told me this guy had a background. Beware that the homelessness is an increasing problem for the island and do not take security for granted. Make sure you secure your cars, rooms and do not let your kids on the beach without adults after dark. This lends one to wonder if something should be done to ensure a more secure after hours check in.4. People in unit 10 left the door wide open all day after checking out. I tried to report it at 3pm but the office was already closed and no property management present even though the time schedule says available until 5. I left a message with the 888 number to let them know I shut it. I don't know if they ever got the message. I wonder if the homeless guy was in that unit?

Ami beach resort stay

Great room and location near the beach. Pool good too. Only issue was other loud guests staying there at the time but it was a holiday weekend. Office closed at 5 and issues occurred in late evening. Would recommend resort have after hours security and lock pool to stop the after hours parties each night.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful stay - place was immaculate, had all the necessities we needed for the week - location a plus, directly across from the beach and they provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Also, trolley stop was on the corner to take you to Bridge Street and North Anna Marie Island. We walked to Bridge Street where there were lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Mike, property manager was awesome, checked in on us from time to time. Everyone was friendly who worked there. We would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to Bradenton. Thanks for a memorable stay!!

Great Location!

Listing was exactly as described. Very clean and great location. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Pool was under maintenance, however we were able to use the pool at Cedars East in Longboat Key which was very nice. The living/kitchen area had a round dining room table with four chairs and a couch. If staying longer than a week and/or inclement weather, I found the space to be small and uncomfortable. Thank you.

Quick Stay, but We will be back!

Check in and out was smooth. Office manager was very friendly. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the room was such a nice bonus. The beach is right across the street and was never busy in the 3 days we spent there. The island is beautiful and we are happy to have found a place we can come back and stay.

Across street from beach, clean

We only spent one night but the inside of property was clean and loved that it was right across the street from a beach entrance and the beach wasn't busy in that area which was nice! It was close to a free trolley stop which was nice. Was not within walking distance of any restaurants for us at least. The only minor thing I didn't like was multiple doors inside the room that I believe were connecting doors to the units on each side, but they were not deadbolts just a regular lock.
