-This is a basement-level unit in a home with a separate upstairs unit

-There is no temperature control in the basement unit -- The space stays naturally cool in summer so keep vents closed or it will get too cold -- during winter, keep vents open to allow heat in --- a supplemental heater is located in bedroom closet, if needed

-Backyard and laundry are shared, please be respectful of other guest

-The bathroom has a lower ceiling area—guests over 6’2” should take note.

-NO PETS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY!
