Hi Don, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the pool during your stay. While we do rely on our pool service providers to maintain proper conditions, I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have limited access for part of your visit. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we took immediate action by letting go of the original service team and bringing in a new provider who responded promptly and was able to restore the pool to swimmable condition for your final days. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the situation. Please know that guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we are making every effort to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you again for choosing our home.

Now I will address your review, The agreement VRBO provided to you by VRBO contained our terms, including temperature control. we follow FPl energy use guidelines and make reasonable adjustments when requested. We will never allow a set temperature of 70 degrees this is not a 300 Sf hotel room it's a 2400 Sf house. The temp was adjusted to 73 at night and 75 during the day. Your reservation stated 1 adult only. yet there were 2 adults and 3 kids. you failed to return the signed agreement and your ID as stated in our agreement which I informed you of. Clearly, you want everything your way
