13th Floor at Shores of Panama with reserved parking on the 6th floor.

Shores of Panama 13th floor, with tons of space and just steps from the ocean! Come on in and step into the open condo. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and 4 barstools at the eat-in kitchen island. The open layout allows for you to see straight to the beach from the kitchen! Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your morning coffee or a full gourmet meal. Step into the living area with its comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights!

The master bedroom features a king bed and its own flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed and its own en suite bathroom as well. The bunk room has twin bunks, a barn door, TV, and its own bath, making it perfect for kids! The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.

Needs repairs and cleaning

n Your Comments The condo is in a great location and shores of Panama have a very nice and clean property. We enjoyed the pool and the nearby food and entertainment as well as the beach. The condo was decent. However there are some things that need addressed immediately. The bathroom ceiling above the shower head is rotting thru and moldy. The ceiling in the hallway to the bedrooms is also soft and has water leaking. The washing machine is absolutely disgusting. It is in a tight closet that forces the washer door to stay closed. So it’s moldy and it makes your clothing stink. There is a sign on it saying to leave it open but there is no way to do that when it is the hallway closet and the door can’t be left open. The place was clean and smelled fantastic. However an hour after unpacking all of our bare feet were black. The floor desperately needs scrubbed even though it looks clean. The beds are made with flat sheets only so they don’t stay on and have to be remade daily. There weren’t extra linens for the spare pillows. I did reach out about it but was told there were couch sheets in living room. Nothing about the pillows that needed pillow cases. Never could get the bunk room tv to work. The company wasn’t helpful, just asked “what’s going on with it”. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the shores of Panama building, location, and pool/beach. But would not tent this condo again.

Unexpected things

Loved the room. Loved the prooerty management people. They were extremely responsive and even sent someone to let us back into a bedroom that was accidentally locked. The unexpected stuff was due to the Shores of Panama itself. The property was less struct than I'd ever seen (and we go there often). The smell of weed was in the air almost 24/7, there were loud, drunken guests who would blast music so loud that you couldnt escape it. The same guests would speen violently through the parking garage and cuss people out who didnt get out of their way. They yelled off their balcony about getting in trouble for being loud but it was rheir last day so they didnt care. It was terrible. But after they left it was just the constant weed smell. All in all, Just different than it used to be. It was a bit disappointing in that regard.
