This lake cottage is fully updated and tastefully decorated, providing you a cozy retreat on the water.

The main floor features an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped for all your culinary needs, including a coffee grinder and bar tools. The living area has a gas fireplace and a window-filled nook with vaulted ceiling. There is a full bathroom off the main living area. Exit through the sliding glass doors to an elevated deck with Weber propane grill and beautiful views of the lake. A spiral staircase takes you down to a lower patio.

The upper floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub. The first bedroom boasts a 16-ft ceiling, skylights, and a picture window that overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has two twin beds.

The walk-out basement includes a second living space with sleeper sofa and a bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Outside is a large fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Firewood can be found against the fence under a tarp. Kindling, lighters, and roasting sticks are available in the shed. Kayaks and life jackets are stored in the shed and there is a kayak launch cut into the seawall. The hot tub is near the fire pit and is covered by a lighted pergola with attached bars and seating.

There are three large-screen Roku TVs and a record player with a small selection of vinyls. The WiFi is fast and reaches the entire property.

Other things to note
The cottage is on well water and passes through a whole-house filter. It is safe to drink, but if you're sensitive to hard water, you may prefer to bring bottled water.

This cottage is on a septic system; it cannot handle food scraps, wipes, nor toiletries. There is a basket in the kitchen sink drain to stop food from going down; empty this basket into the trash as needed and at the end of your stay. Toilets can only handle septic-safe toilet paper. Do not flush hygiene products, wipes, nor excessive tissue, as this will cause a blockage and render all plumbing useless.

The hot tub has a floating coordinator that may be removed while using; please return it to the water after every use. Also, please keep the cover on the tub when not in use.
