Welcome to our lovely downtown Houston home! Located in the heart of the city, this beautifully decorated condo offers convenience and comfort to our guests.

Our home is just a short walk or ride away from some of the city's top attractions, including Minute Maid Park, Discovery Green, and the Houston Museum of Natural Science. You'll also be within walking distance of the city's best restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

The Space:
The apartment features a spacious living area with a fantastic pool view, comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge.

The bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is clean and modern with a shower/tub combo and all the necessary toiletries.

We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guest will have the whole unit to themselves

Other things to note:
We have a ZERO tolerance policy on noise during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM). Please respect our neighbors.

A rental agreement must be signed by the guest reserving the property and will be automatically sent after you reserve the property. A government-issued ID will be required on the agreement.

Cameras are installed outside for security purposes.

Texas has bugs and they vary by the season. Notify us if you find any pest issues. We do not offer refunds for pests such as roaches, spiders, ants, flies, etc. We have routine pest control scheduled by professionals.
