The layout:

Common area: Coastal vibes throughout this studio. Walk in and you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, then to the living room where you'll find high ceilings, bistro table(2 chairs), a queen size bed, Smart TV with premium cable, full size sofa sleeper, new mini-SPLIT system AC unit, and access to the lanai.

Bathroom: Tub/shower combo, toilet, and single sink vanity.

Lanai: Three chairs and a small table. Partial peek a boo ocean view. We supply beach gear consisting of beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler(NO snorkel gear).

*With its front building location and being closer to crossing the street and getting to the beach, you will experience some road noise. Please do not book this is going to be a problem*

Stay Aloha provides a generous essential starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is also an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

There is a historic Hawaiian fishing pond across the street great for another calm swimming area and the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary exhibit. Location, location, location.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
