This newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo with loft features a spacious layout and all the modern amenities you could ask for.
The updated kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4, a dining table that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and all the necessary amenities if you love to cook.
The remodeled bathroom has a modern design with full bathtub and shower.
The master bedroom downstairs features a king bed, bathroom vanity with sink and washer and dryer. There is a TV, dresser, closet space, and hooks for hanging up your gear after a long day. The electric heater in the bedroom has a digital thermostat which is great for keeping the room a consistent temperature while you sleep.
The loft area features two cozy sleeping areas with privacy curtains and a wall separating the two twin beds from the adjacent queen bed sleeping area.
The comfortable living room has plenty of seating, a TV with streaming services, and lots of room for games in the evening. The pellet stove with smart thermostat provides heat for the condo, so no worrying about firewood, starting a fire or keeping it going.
This condo is located near the purple and red line shuttle stops, providing convenient access to the village gondola, main lodge, and other locations around town. You'll love the convenience of being able to walk to local restaurants, Distant Brewing, Vons, Rite Aid, and Grocery Outlet. And if you're driving an electric car, you'll be happy to know that there's a Tesla supercharger in the adjacent parking lot so you don't have to wait in your car while it's charging.

We bought this condo in the fall of 2022 from the original owners. We spent the next 6 months renovating it ourselves so that we can enjoy using it year round when we are in mammoth. It is truly our second home and we hope that you will appreciate it as much as we do.

We love the layout of the condo since it is open and has tall ceilings, but also has a number of spaces to go when you want some privacy. The washer and dryer are really nice if you are staying here for multiple days, or if you just get wet and want to dry your clothes. We love to cook and use the kitchen often, so it is well stocked unlike many other properties that are just rentals and never used by the owners.
The location is great for walking to restaurants and stores, has a nearby Tesla charging station, and easy access to public transportation. The complex is very well maintained with excellent snow removal in the winter and nice landscaping in the summer. There are 3 different spas, each with changing rooms and a sauna. It never feels crowded, and they are all kept clean on a regular basis.
